Age UK Doncaster aims to take the fear out of ageing for you and your family. With over 30 years of experience as a charity serving our local community, we can support you in all areas of your daily life.
We can support you to live and age well through our wide range of services such as.
• Activities and social links • Befriending • Benefits checks • Cleaning • Companionship • Dementia support • Home care including personal care • Information and advice • Medication support • Shopping • Support after a stay in hospital • Volunteering and much more Our team of dedicated professionals offer support at home, in the community, and at our Silver Link Centre in Bennetthorpe. We can provide support after a hospital stay and assist with daily chores at home. We also develop connections within communities and improve health and wellbeing by assessing individual needs, passions, and interests. As well as this, we offer social activities and companionship at our dementiafriendly social hub and wellbeing centre.
