Setting Up for your Training

Initially there will be a bulk signup with an email to you to verify your account and to access the system.

Future staff will be via a direct signup with admin activation which will let them access the system when the admin activates their account.

Your default user type will be “Community”; and you will automatically become a member of this group and those courses; the default password will be “Welcome1234” and you will need to change this on your first login, the Terms of Service will also need to be accepted.

Your Progress

Through the Progress link you can see an overview of your learning progress and your gamification reports. A visit to the Courses tab shows the courses to which you are registered and your completion status.

The Timeline tab shows all the actions you have made in the portal (e.g., when you registered or when you completed a course). If you have been awarded Certifications, they will be visible here as well. The same stands for any Badges you may have gained. Clicking on the Infographic button you can access your personal infographic.
