Dr. Stone’s accomplishments in dentistry span decades. To date, one of the most rewarding aspects of her career is having her daughter, Dr. Vanna Stone, follow in her professional footsteps.
“To have inspired my daughter to become a dentist means that she could see how passionate I am about my work,” Dr. Stone explains.
Outside of building better smiles, Gentle Caring Dentistry runs a scholarship for 3rd-year dental students at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Stone is proud to be making an impact.

The non-invasive treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea is a focus for Dr. Dionne. The treatment option he often recommends is a dental oral appliance that resembles a sports mouth guard and is worn only during sleep, supporting the jaw in a forward position to help maintain an open upper airway. This is an effective alternative to the continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy. A 3D Intraoral Scanner is used not only to take full arch models for the oral appliance therapy and sleep apnea patients but also for Invisalign, impression crowns, bridges, and implant restorations patients due to its convenience and comfort.
Dr. Dionne’s dedication to his patients has been made evident during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has instituted a myriad of precautions and new technologies in order to keep all staff and patients safe during their visits and treatments.
