Bishops Beds

We’re thrilled to announce that Kelly Vinnicombe will now serve as Executive Director with Bishops Beds. Kelly has spent the last year working hard to implement new processes and procedures, and she has been an integral part of our team’s success. She has also worked diligently to make sure we continue providing the highest level of service possible. Kelly has been a great asset to the company and we are thrilled to have her as our Executive Director. ---

Leekes

Today marks the end of an era as we say goodbye to our longest service non-family team member the incomparable Tyrone Harris from our Tonypandy store. Tyrone has served an enormous 48 years with the business, joining us when we were mainly staffed by family members. In his time with our business he has seen it grow from one small builders’ merchants in the Welsh valleys to the first out of town DIY superstore in Llantrisant before seeing the range grow to offer “everything for the home under one roof” with the modern home department stores we now have expanding both within Wales and over the border. Our Tonypandy store will not feel the same without him. Thank you Tyrone, enjoy your retirement and we look forward to celebrating with you at our annual long service awards dinner. ---

As we continue to grow our new dedicated mini spring facility, last Friday we were excited to take delivery of further VSS® mini spring machinery. This will enable Wolf to offer increased capacity and an expanded range of VSS® products all as part of our ongoing capital investment strategy. This also further increases our ‘just in time’ service capability, which has been a core Wolf Components value since day one. This latest investment ensures we can always respond rapidly to our customer demands as an independent local supplier. ---

We’re excited to share another of our concessions! We’ve recently opened our flooring area within the Llandudno Bensons for Beds store and have a few sneak peaks to share. As we continue to update and develop our store estate and product offering, our concession within Llandudno Bensons for Beds will enable our customers to explore our soft and hard flooring ranges.
