Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCC) may be just the ticket you’ve been looking for to help you qualify for your next home purchase! Designed as a means of providing housing assistance to families of low and moderate income, the MCC reduces the amount of federal income tax you pay, thus giving you the ability to qualify for a mortgage loan and assist you with house payments.
