In October 2020, Barrick Gold Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE:GOLD) (TSX:ABX), entered into a definitive agreement with Skeena Resources Limited (NYSE:SKE) (TSX:SKE) pursuant to which Skeena will exercise its option to acquire 100% of the Eskay Creek project.
