The third new building, the Waterfall building, is solely residential. Nestled between the buildings lie countless friendly touches and outdoor fireplaces, water features, and clustered seating areas. New Member amenities available for use this winter include locker facilities, underground parking, the BBG Restaurant, the Boot Room bar, and YC Outfitters. Later in 2019 we will open a specialty restaurant, market, and a spa and fitness center.
