The Village development is situated adjacent to the current base area – walking distance from the Warren Miller Lodge and current ski lifts serving Pioneer Mountain. The Eglise Expansion is now open for skiing, giving members access to new terrain of Private Powder™ trails. This additional 500 skiable acres has 4 lifts – including our new Eglise Gondola. This winter the Eglise Gondola connector is open, giving Members easy access to skiing on Eglise Mountain. The core of the new Village is comprised of three new buildings, two of which offer ground-level retail and services and upper level residential spaces. The third new building, the Waterfall building, is solely residential. Nestled between the buildings lie countless friendly touches and outdoor fireplaces, water features, and clustered seating areas. New Member amenities available for use this winter include locker facilities, underground parking, the BBG Restaurant, the Boot Room bar, and YC Outfitters. Later in 2019 we will open a specialty restaurant, market, and a spa and fitness center. A total of 48 new residential units complete the Village Core and numerous floor plans and sizes allow for a wide range of choices – each completed to meet exacting YC construction standards.
