The Patrol is long and low with a slack 65 degree REACH head angle and big wheelbase for tremendous stability in rowdy terrain. But don’t let the numbers fool you; the short 430mm chainstay and 155mm of active and carefully tuned suspension keep you in touch with the ground and ready to respond at a moment’s notice. With the Patrol you get big mountain confidence with trail bike agility in the same machine.

The TR500 suspension has a smoother, more consistent leverage rate than our previous DH bike options which offers the rider more mid stroke support without sacrificing bottom out control. The new Vivid rear shock spec offers riders increase rebound adjustment options to further refine their handling. The TR500 geometry adjustments have been refined down to a two positions for less spare parts to lose and easier on the fly changes. The TR500 supports 27.5 wheels in the slack/low setting and Long chainstay position only. The frame is just as stiff and responsive as ever but we have shaved considerable weight (compared to the TR450/TR250) while increasing strength in all critical areas. The TR500 is our best downhill bike ever.
