2. Create Your Guest List & Start Inviting  Create your guest list using the attached sheet. It’s designed to help you select 40 friends/family to invite to

attend or shop online. Our goal is to have 10-15 guests at your party and 5 or more online/outside orders to reach our $1200 party goal. Email or Text me a pic of your GUEST LIST as soon as you have completed it.  Inviting Your guests. I use a blended approach for inviting via mail/text/email/Facebook because people communicate a variety of different ways today. We will customize how we invite your guests, based on their personal communication styles.  TEXT: First, I will TEXT you a “Save the Date” announcement for you to forward to your friends who text  MAIL: Next, I will send a mini-catalog invitation to the 15 VIP GUESTS from your Guest List.  EMAIL: I’ll create an E-mail invitation to send to your friends who communicate best via Email.  FACEBOOK: If you are on Facebook, I will give you a graphic to remind your FB friends about the party and may also create a Facebook “Event” to engage and create excitement among your guests before the party.

3. Collect Outside Orders

 Collect a minimum of 5 orders with Customer Specials before your party. Remember to let everyone know

what the customer special is for the month and encourage them to use it!  Ask those who can’t attend if they’d like to order. (Statistics show that 50% of them will order when asked!  Circulate catalogs different places like church, work, clubs, kids’ events, etc.

4. Remind Your Guests About The Party

 REMIND YOUR GUESTS via text (I’ll text you the reminder to forward) and phone 1-2 days before your party.

We’ll also post a reminder on Facebook.  Let your friends know that if they bring a friend, I will have a gift for them.
