YOUTH SCHOLARSHIPS Once again this year the Billings Parks, Recreation and Preservation Foundation and Magic City Blues Festival have provided support for scholarships that children can use to enroll in activities. The scholarships are limited and will be made available on a first come, first served basis to qualifying applicants. Each child can receive up to a $25 value towards the program of their choice. This fund is made possible through the generous support of the Parks, Recreation and Preservation Foundation and Magic City Blues Festival. Scholarship Applications must be picked up in person and are available at the Parks and Recreation office.

Our THANKS to the Foundation and Magic City Blues Festival for supporting Parks & Recreation and our city’s youth! If you or your organization would like to contribute to our youth scholarship program to ensure Billings youth have accessibility to quality recreation opportunities, please contact Kory Thomson, 657-8346.
