INTRODUCTION
This report evaluates the economic benefits that could be generated if either of the main trail corridors of the Tacoma to Tacoma Trail Network is completed. Segments of this trail corridor exist today - including the Foothills Trail, North Levee Trail, and Puyallup River Trail - but the corridor in its entirety remains a concept and specific alignments have yet to be deter mined. Quantifying the potential health, environmental, tourism, property value, and transpor tation impacts of the complete corridor could focus the regional discussion around active trans portation and enables communities in the Puyallup Watershed to better manage existing resources, coordinate local/regional im provements and prioritize future investments.

This report also documents the potential impacts of a second alignment - the Pipeline Trail corridor. This alignment would tie into the primary alignment along a more southern route and serve as an important connector for the communities between Tacoma and South Hill.
