INTRODUCTION Bimeda Limited is one of the largest Veterinary Pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers in Eastern and Central African region with offices spread in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, S. ACARICIDES CYPERGUARD Contains 100gms Cypermethrin (high-cis) synthetic pyrethroid per litre as the active ingredient. A broad spectrum acaricide (synthetic pyrethroid) for veterinary use as a stock spray for the control of ticks on cattle. ANTI MASTITIS TUBES TERREXINE INTRAMAMMARY (Cephalexin 200mg, Kanamycin 100,000 iu) This combination is active against Staphylococcus, Streptococci and sensitive E. coli organisms. ANTI-East Coast Fever (ECF) BUPARVEX A solution for injection containing Buparvaquone 50mg per ml. Buparvaquone is a hydroxynaphthoquinone antiprotozoal compound that acts by inhibiting the mitochondrial electron transport system of certain protozoa. Buparvex is indicated for the treatment of Theleriosis caused by various species of Theileria, including T. parva, and T. annulata in cattle, T. ovis and T.hirci in sheep. PECTOLIT An anti-diarrhea for calves, lambs and kids. It absorbs toxins, protects gut epithelial cells and slows down gut peristaltic movements.
