POLYOX® II Bolus & POLYOX® Powder Laxative and Antacid Description POLYOX® II Bolus and POLYOX® Powder are special compounds providing a mild laxative and antacid for use in mild digestive upsets in cattle.
Benefits ■ Convenient—Powder or bolus presentation for flexible dosing. Drench first with POLYOX® Powder for prompt action and follow up with POLYOX® II bolus. ■ Effective—Contains both laxative and antacid properties to reduce digestive upsets in cattle. Helps restore normal rumen motility, relieves rumen atony and stimulates rumen contraction. ■ Added nutrition—POLYOX products have added nutritional ingredients of yeast, cobalt and DL-Methionine. ■ No withdrawal.
Dosage and Administration POLYOX® II Bolus: Orally, 2 to 4 boluses, depending upon size and condition of animal. Repeat as indicated. POLYOX® Powder: Give 1/2 to one package (6 to 12 oz), diluted in one gallon of water, by stomach tube, depending upon size and condition of animal. Repeat if necessary.
