PREFACE The possibility of expanding the public space of the university town. Today, cafes, libraries, and a variety of public spaces seem to continually reduce the reason people go to the greenhouse. How to make use of the huge potential of the greenhouse, making it an inseparable part of the university life (not just Wenhui Road) The unique vision of the different groups of visitors to the university city has become our original design.
CONCEPT The daily life of students in Chinese-style collective life is often exposed to the group from morning to night, and the sense of privacy is in vain. Based on the research, we realized that it is difficult for us to be alone in the environment of a large student group of university towns.
People can't exist only in the collective, and they can't be completely alone. But from one dimension to another, we may need to buffer. Therefore, we designed a space device system for the students of the University City in the greenhouse. This set of space components dedicated to the individual, making it a bond between individuals and groups, to make up for the lack of privacy in the university city. Just as the vitality of the vitality also needs the shelter of the greenhouse, the plants in the greenhouse serve as a natural barrier to provide a safe habitat for the individuals living in the group. Let the students temporarily withdraw from the collective life, at this moment, here, focus on themselves and enjoy the present.
We ask whether sometimes in order to cope with the triviality of life, people are innocently confronting their own needs for the space of spirituality and lust. Unconscious behavior subtly exploits purposeful life and eventually loses the right to maintain individuality in public space. More precious than the imagination. Based on the theme of “cherish the moment, we use the abundance of life in the greenhouse to design an immersive landscape space for visitors to the greenhouse.
7
THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF COLLECTIVE LIFE IN THE SONGJIANG UNIVERSITY
8
COLLECTIVE LIFE Covering 1317 acres of land, the Songjiang University has70,000 students. However, these 70,000 floating population has led to various social problems. Some has already vanished, while some is still existing. We have been pondering about
the particularities of the University Town with other social environment. Meanwhile, we are trying to dig out the inner appeals of the contemporary university students which have been in chaos.
9
NARRATIVE SPACE STORY There was a boy who yearned to grow up. One day he obtained a piece of watch from god. God told him that he could go to the future life by turning the crown of the watch, but he would never go back. The boy stayed only in those most happy moments, until he came to the end of life. He was too late to regret, because the end of time left nothing at all.

STORY BOARD
Life is like walking on an unstable slope. We designed a three-meter-high bridge to the interior of the greenhouse which put people above the crown of the tree.People can experience plants in different perspective while overviewing the greenhouse panorama. However, people will be led to the tree before enjoying it timely.
The life is all the way going in a hurry and glancing over things hurriedly and wanting to experience the good time. The slope is about 15%, and people may feel hard to stop. When they are decline to the bottom of the banana trees, they will be hided into the trees. At the end of the trees, we build a white-closed corridor.
Until coming to the end of time, people have nothing at all. People get into the corridor as well as walk through its buffer to the ground. the height of this corridor is six meters. At the end of it is a complete glass window. All the scenery outside the window are as usual, which means When you rush through your life, you come to the end of time.
1
2
12
Maybe you will feel lost something and want to cherish every moment. Then people will be guided and returned to the moment of youth. On the west side of the glass wall, there is a 4-meter-high channel. It is not only the turning of the corridor, but also an outlet, which leads to the interior of the greenhouse. At the top of the channel, there is a gap of 5 cm. When sunlight passes through the slit, it would be out of a light beam on the ground. This light beam is a symbol of clockwise, guiding people going back to the greenhouse.
3
5
6
So, why not cherishing and enjoying this precious moment. We wish when people staying in the greenhouse , they can enjoy the experience of "DIFFICULT TO REACH ". As they enjoy it, they just "carpe diem" at the same time.
You realize that the youth is like a blooming flower, but you can not catch or keep it. Getting back to the greenhouse, we place a lot of evergreen plants, and we use them to build a contrast of the fleeting youth. The corridor consists to a 1.2 meter-high island with a circular shape canal surrounded. The plants are projected on the surface of the water, as they're grow in the water. But people can not touch them. All the distribution of plants throughout the greenhouse revolves around this theme : DIFFICULT TO REACH.
13
ROOF DESIGN
14
Just as exuberant vitality also requires greenhouse protection, we provide a safe habitat for individuals living in groups
15
INDIVIDUAL SPACE
16
Everyone has the own security space that is the range they don’t want others to enter at ordinary time. The individual space we designed is based on the scale --- 1-2 meters, which is the distance for people to deal with personal affairs in social interaction.
INSTALLATION METHOD We put a circle with a diameter of two 2m into a distance of 50cm from the ground into an cloth bag structure with white color. And we hang it on a steel structure which is six meters above the ground. This simple structure can effectively reduce the burden of bearing.
The entrance of the individual space are covered by fifteen strips. People will enter the individual space through them, and can also fix them on both sides, so that they can enjoy the scenery.

NARA - TIANPING FESTIVAL - PORTAL - RESTAURANT - LANDSCAPE SEMESTER2, JUNIOR GROUP MEMBER: BIMO SUE TUTOR: IVA DINO
The project is intended to design a theme restaurant. Inspired by the Tianping Festival in Nara, Japan, the event combines the activities of the Tianping Festival with the customer experience to provide an immersive dining experience. The Tianping Festival is an activity that allows the soul to be clarified by offering sacrifices to the gods. Due to the continuous development of the Internet, people’s offline communication has become less and less, people are more likely to obtain information through the virtual world, and people are becoming more and more impetuous. It is difficult to calm down and eat with friends. It is difficult to find the beauty around you. We hope that people can calm down in our restaurant landscape and relax their mind and body, just as the balance of the heavenly festival brings people’s spiritual cleansing. Let people feel the beauty around them and calm down to feel life.

The ritual sacrifice was intended as an activity to purify one's soul by offering sacrifices to the gods. As the Internet continues to grow, people are becoming less connected offline, people are getting more information through the virtual world, people are becoming more and more fickle, and it's hard to sit back and have dinner with friends, it's hard to see the beauty around you. We want people to be able to calm down in our r estaurant landscape and relax, just a s the peace offerings wash people's minds. Let people feel the beauty of the world a round them, to feel the life in silence.
