Introduction BIRKENHEAD SCHOOL

Holiday Activity Courses 2013

Welcome to the 2013 Birkenhead School Holiday Activity Course brochure. Whether you have experienced our courses before or are considering your first booking, we hope you find our brochure has all the information you require. What’s special about Birkenhead School’s Holiday Activity Courses? We use facilities specifically designed for the age groups on our courses: your children will not be in an adult environment. Ours are not just ‘sports courses’; we offer a wide range of activities, making use of the unrivalled facilities and equipment on our campus Our course leaders are all qualified teachers or coaches: your children will not be supervised by older children. We work within statutory adult: child ratios. All our coaches on campus, have enhanced CRB disclosures. We have been established for over 20 years. We have a track-record of excellence and have been delivering holiday activity courses for over 20 years. We provide a sit down lunch: your children do not need to bring their own food. We are mindful of the fact that the children are on holiday and the emphasis for these courses is to have lots of fun, make new friends, and learn new skills through active participation. When planning our programme we have tried to cater for the diverse needs of children and we hope you will find we have something for everyone. With such a wide range of specialised courses on offer, we are Wirral’s leading Holiday Activity Course provider. The Birkenhead School Holiday Activity Course programme runs from 10am until 4pm and includes a two course sit down lunch, which is freshly prepared on the premises by our team of chefs. There is also the option to book our Early Drop Off (8am–10am) and Late Pick Up Club sessions (4pm–6pm) at Little School. Booking forms along with parental & medical consent forms can be found at the back of the brochure. Additional forms can also be downloaded from our website. We look forward to welcoming you.
