Bronze Partnership

• Birmingham Rep Drama Practitioner to spend one day per week in the Autumn, Spring and Summer term to develop and support the drama provision at your school. Our staff will work with a lead contact at the school to deliver sessions through the school day to support curriculum and inspire creativity with your young people (Individual cost for workshops range from £190£330 + VAT depending on half/full day bespoke workshops with a practitioner)

• Birmingham Rep Drama Practitioner to support delivery of Arts Award within schools (School to cover cost of Moderation)

• Partnership discount on tickets for school group bookings – to be agreed by performance

• A visiting creative industries professional to deliver an assembly on careers in the arts at a time of choosing for the school (Usual cost value of £150 + VAT)

• One backstage tour for up to 90 pupils at Birmingham Rep followed by a Q&A with The Rep staff (Individual Cost value of £175 + VAT for non-partner schools)

• Access to The Rep’s digital content catalogue with over 100 videos and 20 hours of content to explore a range of drama activities for Primary and Secondary settings

The cost of a year-long Bronze Partnership SLA is £7700 + VAT.

As part of a service level agreement with The Rep, Silver Partnership schools would be offered all services on the Bronze Partnership, and in addition, the following;

• Performance opportunity at The Rep during Winter Schools Festival (Not available to non-partner schools)

• Use of The Rep’s facilities and equipment where possible/appropriate at the discretion of The Rep (Not available to non-partner schools)

• Afterschool Drama Provision - with a performance opportunity as part of our Satellite Young Rep festival. This group would become a Satellite Young Rep (Individual cost value of £1980 + VAT per term for weekly 90-minute afterschool club)

• One CPD event on Secondary/Primary Drama Teaching delivered at Birmingham Rep followed by a matinee performance for two teachers (individual cost value of £330 + VAT + Ticket costs)

• A total of two backstage tours for up to 90 pupils at Birmingham Rep followed by a Q&A with The Rep Staff (Individual Cost value of £350 + VAT for non-partner schools)

Silver Partnership Gold Partnership

The cost of a year-long Silver Partnership SLA is £8250 + VAT.

As part of a service level agreement with The Rep, Gold Partnership schools would be offered all services included in the Bronze and Silver packages, and in addition, the following;

• Every year the REP has a large summer festival for our Youth Theatre groups and this is a brilliant way in which schools on the Gold package can have a second performance opportunity in one of our larger performance spaces at the REP. In comparison to the Winter Festival where schools are performing to each other, the second performance opportunity will allow schools to invite other pupils, staff and parents to attend these larger sharings. In the past this festival has included working on: Assitej On the Edge World Festival for Young People (2021); Commonwealth Connections Festival (2022); and in In 2023 schools will be performing plays for our Order and Chaos Festival. Schools not on the Gold Package will not be able opt for this opportunity later in the year.

• Holiday Activity Programme Delivery in school. Schools on the Gold Partnership will have one-week of holiday activity included in their package. This could be a summer school, Easter school, half-term programme – it is at the school’s discretion when in the year they would like this to happen (Summer Schools have an individual cost of £2200 + VAT)

The cost of a year-long Gold Partnership SLA is £9075 + VAT

Usual term time sessions add up to 39 weeks of delivery. If carrying out 39 full days of delivery the price would be £12870 + VAT for non-partner schools.
