As an agency at the forefront of technology, it is imperative to maintain strict guidelines on branding and usage of company logos, fonts and signatures and to maintain the correct positioning of ENGINE ROOM. The Branding Guidelines that follow are an exhaustive guide to administering the correct positioning of ENGINE ROOM and subsidiary companies. This policy applies to all employees who work for ENGINE ROOM.

Logo Our main logo will be the wordmark and is used as a leading logo on any publications. In some cases, the short version of our brand name initials can be used as second logo.

Space To ensure the integrity and legibility of the logo lock-ups, the area directly surrounding them should be protected. In special circumstances when a 100% clear zone is not available or possible, use the second option of 50% clear space.

Typography Our logo has two font types used together.

Helvetica Neue Light : for body text in all print or digital. Raleway Regular : for subtitle and captions Raleway Medium : for headings and titles Note : For email communication each user should have their font set to Helvetica Neue Light, size 11, color black.

Background Our logo background color may be any color within the our color palette. Contrast is importantâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;use a white logo on color backgrounds and a color logo on white backgrounds. In some instances where colored logo may not be appropriate, grey logo can be used. Note: For warm color background use black and for cool color backgrounds use white.

Graphic Element Elements can be adapted from the logo, in this case the red dot, which can be used as a vector for inforgraphics, picture holder or patterns. Social media icons are taken from iOS7 since they have sleek style which will best fit our brand.

Misuse To maintain the integrity of the our logo, and to promote the consistency of the brand, it is important to use the logo as described in these guidelines. The examples shown here illustrate possible misuses of the our logo that should be avoided.

Application When using corporate identity of our brand, the following examples should be followed to maintain consistency. Email Signature Text color : Black Font size : 11pt (per charachter number) Business card and Letterhead Text color : Black and Grey Font size : 8-9pt (per charachter number) Note: business card background can be our brand colors which are Black, Grey, Red, Light Grey. And the front will have White background.
