Dear Jada (aka Jada boo), You’ve been my sidekick the last two years I’ve known you — on and off the field. I met you the summer before your freshman year, and I don’t know how we got lucky enough to end up in the same faith family, but I am beyond grateful we did. Getting to talk to you about literally anything, mostly softball, in our short amount of time during faith family is the highlight of my day. Getting to be on a team with you for high school and club softball has shown me how much determination you always carry with you, and I am confident that you will continue to do great things and be an essential leader for the softball team once I am gone next year. You’ve made me value hard work and have pushed me to be a better teammate and athlete. I’ll never forget our car rides on the way to a game or after a big win, and I’ll especially never forget the best roomie squad we had at state last year. I’ll always come back next year to cheer you and the team on, and I especially can’t wait to see what you accomplish! You’ve been made for great things. Sis, keep working hard. <3

Love, Jenna

RUBEN! My bro. My dawg. My day 1 bestie. It is so strange to look back and see that we have only known each other for this year as you were assigned to be my Little Hart. I love how from the start we just clicked, and you instantly were like the younger brother I never had. It has been great to always look forward to faith family so we can catch up on everything, and it means a lot that you trust me enough to confide in me. I hope all the advice I have given you only adds to your greatness, and it keeps you out of trouble. From me, helping you with your art assignments to you giving me a generous discount on Baskin-Robbins ice cream, we really have become a dynamic duo. I hope that I have acted as a good example for you to be a Big Hart next year. I’m sure you will open your arms to whatever freshman you have and speak of how you learned from the best Big Hart ever. I appreciate all your support as I have prepped to go away for college, and I promise I won’t forget about you in NYC! Don’t let anyone forget how we totally set the precedent as the best Big Hart Little Hart duo! Keep it real, Sophia Nordling :)
