Break It Down Fitness

This quick total-body workout is short but intense, fitting both cardio and strength into one session. You’ll feel like you got in a full-length workout in a fraction of the time. We leave no major muscle group untouched. You’ll be pushing, pulling, squatting, and supporting your own bodyweight. The last 15 minutes of this class will focus on stretching the entire body so you can remain flexible and willing to adapt to whatever schedule and lifestyle changes come your way.
