Outstanding Holds and To Do’s listed on your CampusConnection Student Homepage could prevent you from registering for classes. Some holds are for information only.

Holds, To Do’s, and Communications may be applied by any North Dakota University System institution you have attended.

Communications are time sensitive materials from Financial Aid or Academic Records. These communications may require your immediate attention and others are for information only.

Accept Financial Obligation Agreement

1. 2. Review the Financial Obligation Agreement. Accept the terms of the agreement.

This agreement is listed as a hold on your CampusConnection. It is an understanding of the legal obligation to pay charges assessed to your Student Account.

You will not be able to register until this hold is accepted.

To remove the hold, you will need to read and agree to the terms.

3. Create an Account. • Go to studentaid.gov • Both student and parent need to create a username and password Complete FAFSA 2020-2021 (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). • Go to studentaid.gov Watch for communications posted to your CampusConnection and BSC campus email.

Financial Aid helps students and their families secure the resources necessary to fund a BSC education.

Many types of aid are available through federal and state programs and through BSC. Be aware of the individual deadlines for any institutional, state, and/or outside scholarships.

Attend your Virtual Registration Appointment

2. You will meet one-on-one with an advisor via Blackboard Collaborate. For the best experience, we recommend using a Windows or Mac laptop with Chrome. A Chromebook, Firefox, or Safari web browsers are also compatible.

Check your browser compatibility by clicking HERE.

Make sure to have a copy of your transcript available to review with your advisor. You can view, save, or print your transcript in CampusConnection by clicking on the “Academic Records” tile, and then selecting “View Unofficial Transcript.”

What to watch for:

1 week prior to your virtual registration appointment you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in.

1 day prior to your appointment, you will receive an email reminder AND a text message reminder.

1 day after to your appointment you will receive an email with actions to take after registration and resources to check out.
