The “From Protest to Policy” national conference amplified the important social and racial justice work that already happens every day at Howard in classrooms, in laboratories and research centers, in libraries and archives, and in meetings (both formal and informal) of visionary, historically aware and culturally conscious minds across the campus.

President Bill Clinton and Clinton Foundation Vice Chair Chelsea Clinton announced that Howard will serve as the virtual host campus for the 2021 Clinton Global Initiative University annual meeting, which brings students from around the world together with global leaders to inspire action.
