The 101-ST is the ideal solution for companies with dedicated wash bays. It is installed with a festoon (trolley system) which carries the electric cord and water hose overhead and out of the way. The units are available in any combination of voltage and phases (we stock 220Volt 3 Phase). Dema «venturi» soap injector system, dual controls, and ‘brush-only’ inclination are STANDARD. A direct drive system connects the power-brush motor to a sealed and lubricated gearbox. Two quick passes in the opposite direction deliver a complete trailer wash in 6 to 8 minutes.

The A225-CH is an autonomous mobile washer available with electric start gasoline or diesel engines. This model has 2-speed hydrostatic traction which allows the machine to turn on a dime and be operated on any paved surface. Hydraulic oil drives the traction, water pump and an extra wide 48”⌀ brush, with longer reach when washing. A custom trailer allows distributors and contact washers to transport this and other suitably equipped Wash-Bots models for demos or contract cleaning. Setup time takes only 5 minutes.
The Tank-EZ is designed especially for washing oddly shaped liquid and dry bulk vehicles. In order to get into all the nooks and crannies typical on these round and oval tankers, we had to use a Mega-Brush which is 5’3” (160cm) in diameter. And boy does this power-brush kick ass! The 13’8” tall brush, spinning at 100rpm decimates wash time on the bulk transporters. With its ‘brush-only’ inclination it reaches under, and over the tankers, providing the elbowgrease equivalent of a ten-person strong washcrew, making this machine a no-brainer for any company wanting clean vehicles, always!
