Where nostalgic means longing for the past, Newstalgia is about making something new out of the well-known.
Historic, cute, and romantic elements run through the collection.
The Familiar is reimagined, and the classics are deconstructed when historical references are reworked. Clear symbols that refer to the past, such as bows and tying bands, but also flowers in fragile tulle and flounces, are used to emphasise the romantic vibe.
The two main directions of the collection are “Poetic Performance Wear,” where historical references are fused with sport and streetwear, and “Romantic Utility,” where the romantic is mixed with the practical.
