We have developed Custom Magento Plugin, which needs to be installed in your Magento copy to use in integration process. We have used all default modules of Magento.
We have developed a PHP based Integration Gateway that runs on our Server. It receives data from SuiteCRM & Magento and passes it on to the other system. When

integration starts, we first transfer Data from Magento to SuiteCRM & then from SuiteCRM to Magento.
Our Gateway uses central DB that stores all the data temporarily so in case if other system is down, all data is synced well once the destination system is up.

Our Integration Gateway also provides a GUI, which gives up-to-date information on what data has synced between both the systems. Following are some of the Sections:

Our solution allows Admin to login into the integration gateway and access dashboard.
The dashboard shows the interactive charts and tabs for ease of access to Admin.

A complete picture of sales and order status details. It reflects customer name, product details, addresses, payment method, order amount etc.
If product of Order Line exists in CRM, then Order Line will be synced. For Order Module, we have used basic details like Order No. Customer, Customer Address, Shipping Description, Items, rate, Quantity, Amount, Grand Total etc. in syncing process.
