Juan Carlos joined QDesign in 2009, taking the position of General Manager. Juan had worked and completed several projects in Saudi Arabia and Beirut. With over 10 years of experience in the fields of architecture and interior design, Juan developed excellent implementation skills for team leadership, time management and budgeting as well as a keen understanding of clients requirements. In addition to that, Juan has been a member of the “Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects” in Beirut, since 2008, and a member of the “Saudi Council of Engineers” in Riyadh, since 2011.
Fouad started with QDesign as an Interior Design Consultant. Having a strong background of Interior Design which was gained from participating in more than one office in Beirut and Riyadh. Currently participating in Interior Design projects, in addition to coordination with architects and Clients. Also responsible for budgeting and marinating coordination with the Clients.
Education: Juan has gained his Master’s degree in architecture from, ALBA University (Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts), Lebanon in 2003.
Education: Fouad studied Interior Design at Notre Dame University 2001where he received his Diploma. He also attended seminars in Negotiation skills, prospecting strategies and Contract Administration.

Muhieddine joined QDesign as a Design Manager. He participated before in more than one Design offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Beirut, Lebanon. Currently he participates in the architectural design, including coordination with other engineering disciplines, and preparation of specifications and other technical design documents. In addition to supervising the Project management team, and site supervision for several projects. On the other hand, he is a member of “Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects” in Beirut, since 2008; and a member of the” Saudi Council of Engineers”, since 2011.
Malak joined QDesign as an Architect Coordinator. She has also participated before in Architectural design and Development in a Consulting firm in Beirut. Currently she is participating in various coordination tasks among architects, MEP and structure. Also responsible for all contracts, official documents, offers, timelines, schedules and various Managerial tasks. Malak have been a member of the “Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects” in Beirut, since 2008.
Education: Muhieddine gained his BSc. In Architectural Engineering, from Beirut Arab University (BAU) at Beirut, Lebanon, in 2008.

Khalid’s main focus is on the interior, exterior and various aspects of the detailed design phase, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. He worked in Design Center and Core Construction Group for 4 years before joining QDesign. He has experience working on complex projects in all phases of design and ability to collaboratively work with diverse teams of designers.
Aiman is responsible for coordinating with project team, developing and maintaining project scope in activities and creating new concepts and ideas to fit client requirement. Meeting with municipal building department and other governing agency officials to coordinate approvals and reviewing the contractor proposals and setting the drawings prepared by A and E firms. Aiman certified from RIBA (The Royal Institute of British Architects) in June 2014 and got his LEED Green certification in 2015.
Education: Khalid completed his graduation from Damascus University in field of Architecture. He also won first prize of Commercial and Offices Building award in 2011.
Education: Aiman completed his graduation in Architectural and Engineering from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon. Aiman also participates in international architectural competitions like Bee Breeders and more.

Habib joined QDesign as an MEP Consultant. He gained his experience from his post as an Electrical Engineer in a multinational firm in Beirut. Currently he participates in the electrical design for all the architectural and interior design projects varying form commercial buildings, compounds, residential villas and malls. In addition to that, Habib is responsible for coordination of mechanical designs for all the projects.
Mohamad joined QDesign as a Mechanical Engineer Consultant. He gained his experience from acting as a Mechanical Engineer in many multinational firms. Currently he participates in the Mechanical design and site supervision for all the architectural and interior design projects varying form commercial buildings, compounds, residential villas and malls.

He served before as an architect in AAA - Atelier des Architects AssociĂŠs, Lebanon. He also served as an interior design instructor for American University of Culture & Education (AUCE) for 3 years.
Omar is PMP certified professional serving QDesign as a project manager since 2014. He worked as a senior architect and site manager before joining QDesign. He supervises all site works and apply quality control, preform and prepare weekly M.O.M and share it with project stakeholder and closing phase with all documents. He is also responsible for construction drawings, BOQ preparing and time, cost, quality and risk management.

Antoine joined QDesign as an electrical and mechanical engineer. He is currently handling the electrical team in addition to negotiate with suppliers. He has command on some of the leading software of industry like MS Project, Primavera P6, Maple, Autocad, Cisco Packet Tracer, HAP, Dialux, Ecodial, Etap etc. He completed CISCO and CCNA courses and awarded the certificate of course completion and a letter of merit in June 2014.
Mark creating high quality visuals using professional tools like Autodesk, 3dSmax production. Mark possesses exceptional design sense with the ability to provide clear, critical design reviews to project teams and ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects while adhering to demanding project schedules. Mark motivates and mentor young design professionals and building sustainable client relationships.

RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES We design single and multi-family homes, as well as neighborhoods, planned communities and subdivisions in urban and suburban areas. The success of these residential developments comes from achieving a careful balance of fulfilling the needs of users and protecting the environment for the future.
Al Hada Residential Villas QDesign was assigned for the high tech interior design and development of 38 residential villas of different types. Villas design embrace their spectacular location and the mesmerizing views. Every room is light-filled with large floor to ceiling windows. Contemporary doesn’t always equal comfortable but we went to great lengths to ensure that every piece we supplied not only looked great but was both comfortable and practical too.
Ared Residential Compound Construction and completion of 63 residential villas in the Al Malga District, Riyadh. This 17,000 sqm residential compound built on a 20,000 sqm plot of land. The district is designed to provide a community-focused place to live and play. Set within a landscaped, semi-gated environment, residents can enjoy a variety of open spaces that promote physical activity and a sense of well-being. A large linear park connects the neighborhoods and activates the full length of the development, while a district center offers a range of community amenities. An array of housing types provides high quality accommodation for professionals and their families.
Al Hugail Modern Villas QDesign were appointed to renovate 800 sqm villa in a prime location of city. Villa redesigned to the latest trends and requirements in terms of architecture and amenities, accommodating modern living with increasing demand for low maintenance and energy efficiency. We offer elegant and contemporary splendor, finished to the highest standards, with great interiors and spacious (covered) outdoor areas, offered as a turnkey concept.
Al Hada Residential Compound Concept design for this huge 90,000 sqm residential compound located in Riyadh area. Our client wanted us to design this residential compound scheme to appeal the professional crowd who live in this area and who know what they like when they see it. Each building has a spacious open plan living and dining area offering simple luxury combined with remarkable panoramic views. The apartments are ideal for entertaining and al fresco dining with friends and family, complete with modern fully equipped kitchens that feature concrete island units.
Al Jawhara Villas The typical traditional stone built construction uses the bearing masonry known from the ancient times. The typical modern building construction uses a bearing structure instead, based on concrete or metal, and two layers of filling materials, separated by insulation. Interior design was crucial so it was included in the services provided, securing the results of the demanding program. Shabby chic indoor and outdoor furniture, space dividers, storage and fireplace constructions were carefully chosen or custom ordered from all over the world.
Mawared Residences QDesign created a master plan and comprehensive design guidelines for this 20,000 sqm residential compound development. The master plan aimed to create a human-scale environment that would maximize connectivity for workers and visitors, while enhancing the opportunity to enjoy a work-life balance. Designed in modules from the ground up supports every aspect of city living, including fitness, entertainment and discovery. QDesign’s planning and design enhances the long-range value and sustainability of the property and surrounding area.
Al Seif Residential Villa QDesign to design and build 6 residential villas covering 5,000 sqm area in Riyadh. Highly elegant and comfortable holiday retreat to share with family and friends, where they could enjoy intimate dinners and romantic evenings. The client had a clear vision of the style he wanted: luxurious and modern, using high-end Italian brands. Client requested exquisite interior spaces for entertaining and throwing lavish parties for large groups. The client was delighted with our absolute professionalism and commitment to completing this exceptional project, down to the finest detail.
Gardenia Building Construction of a new exclusive residential complex, comprising of high-end multi story buildings with all amenities, central swimming pool, sewage treatment plant, landscaped areas and outdoor sitting. A harmonious lifestyle where families, couples and individuals will flourish among gorgeous landscaped gardens, winding pathways and outdoor seating that invite you to relax and enjoy life. Each unit has broad views to the city and expansive exterior decks. The building steps back at upper level to create a series of large planted terraces. A subterranean garage structure is tucked below the entry level to create a large private garden area on the street side.
HMS Takhasusi Residential Compound The residential compound of 50,000 sqm with a hotel and shopping mall in Riyadh is one of the unique residential community that meets the new urban design guidelines. The design concept for this challenging site offers housing, a fitness center, shared meeting spaces, landscaped open spaces, street front retail and structured parking garage. Private amenity spaces are located in the raised central courtyard and penthouse activity rooms with green roof spaces. At street level, pedestrians will enjoy a widened sidewalk inside the community.
Takhasusi Compound Takhasusi is a full service residential compound, it is planned to be implemented at the highest level of engineering and planning, it provides the highest levels of service in terms of design, maintenance and security. It represents a unique aspect of the lifestyle of a residential fenced and secured project. It is divided into three types of modern style, designed to suit the lifestyle of the modern family.
King Salman Social Center The site of this project is located on King Abdullah road, Riyadh. It consists of boutiques, hotel suites and residential apartments. The use of architectural space and landscaping are adopted to create a welcoming and relaxed ambience, a style that reminds urban sophistication and modernism, giving the residence a calm and restful public space. This development also fully considered the urban visual impact affected by its future development.
Millenium Hotel The Millennium Hotel, Washim is a new signature hospitality development in Riyadh, KSA. The 10-storey, luxury hotel, features a modern tower that has been designed as an iconic form. The tower anchors the podium development and creates a strong monolithic element with long distance visibility. The hotel building has been carefully arranged on the plot to ensure the maximum number of rooms whilst not compromising the privacy and natural light. Landscape orientated courtyards provide areas for relaxation.
Samama Residential Compound QDesign designed the master layout plan and architectural design for this urban community development. The development covers a total of 30,000 sqm of land in Nada area. The design reflects traditional local culture, but also demonstrates contemporary simplicity and originality in its choice of materials, such as zinc titanium and copper cladding, with the variety of low rise structures embedded in the landscape.
Dereby Seif Residential Apartments The two storey, gray and white coloured, zinc clad building incorporates residential, office space and retail outlets covering upto 6,000 sqm area. The emphasis was on creating flexible efficient spaces that maximize natural daylight and provide space to allow interaction, spontaneity and creativity.
Eshbilya Apartments Eshbilya combines the traditional essence of Saudi with modern architecture, with the overall building and landscape designed at a human-scale incorporating meandering spaces, subtle materials and color palette. The scheme’s layout follows a randomly scattered order, with interconnected living spaces creating a community living environment. In keeping with the traditional residential style, the terrace is used as a ‘green threshold’ keeping the ecological balance.
The Village Compound The Amin Shanker Compound provides 80 residential units with diverse recreational facilities. The Compound is intended as a safe and intimate community haven for local and expatriate residents. The project is arranged in a low density spread in groups of terraced rows, each enjoying a dedicated communal garden and the feeling of belonging to a neighborhood community. A variety of residential units is offered, from small studios and one bedroom units, to larger family apartments and individual town houses, all of which are endowed with privacy, transparency, natural light and ventilation.
Malaga Hills Residential Compound Malaga Hills Compound is is a development of 30,000 sq m area located within the capital to accommodate more than 200 tenants. This is one of Riyadh's up-and-coming neighborhoods and every building is in close proximity to the community’s mosques, school and neighborhood retail centre. The walkways link residents to the open spaces in other areas; they help to build a close sense of community – here you will know your neighbors: their children will be your children’s friends, and you too will make friends as you walk amidst the flower beds of the beautifully crafted gardens.

Aqeeq Mall This Iconic mall is located on the north ring road of Riyadh in Aqeeq area, custom made design to suit the specific retail needs. Aqeeq Mall is development of its kind, with indoor food court and restaurants and a cinema complex. To convey the mall’s promise of an unparalleled customer experience through architecture, hospitality and technology.
Gulf Real Estate Mall This modern shopping mall covering 60,000 sqm area is located in Jubail Dammam entrance. The Gulf Mall is a landmark mixed-use development in one of the city’s main shopping districts. The complex includes a pedestrian strip lined with cafÊs and restaurants, walking paths and additional retail centers. While designing this mall, a lot of emphasis was given to the look & feel of the mall, but also to the basic circulation planning, zoning – with respect to the site & project requirements.
Malaga Shopping Mall With an eye toward establishing the premier retail shopping destination for Malaga district in Riyadh, design offers a mosaic of spaces, experiences and interests incorporating a grand entry, broad promenade, community garden and an elegant collection of new shops and dining options.
Numo Diriyah Mall Construction of a new exclusive shopping mall, comprising of high-end two story building covering 14,000 sqm area in Diriyah district. With specialty shops, dining and entertainment spaces, cultural and community activities. QDesign aims to create a gathering and meeting place, allowing natural light to permeate the interiors and outdoor terraces give the mall a vibrant street-level presence. The resulting solution adapts to changing consumer lifestyles, tastes and demographics.
Dreby Shopping Mall The elegant shopping mall and commercial center covering 6,000 sqm area providing huge retail shopping area and office space in the busy area of city. Dreby mall reinforce a tactile shopping experience unavailable in online shopping. The result: a flagship shopping center that connects shoppers to a powerful, positive retail experience.
Ibdaa Shopping Mall The Ibdaa is a new retail concept inspired by the great cities of the world, developed as a collaboration between QDesign’s urban designers, landscape architects, architects, interior and brand designers. Supported by material and landscaping details, the design reflects the client’s desire for an authentic urban experience. The result will be a stunning mall to one of the Middle East’s premier retail and leisure destinations.
Arifi Takhassusi Center The Arifi Centre provides 10,000 sqm of retail accommodation on two levels in the heart of capital. Arifi Takhassusi Centre is home to over 45 stores with a range of major retail bands, offices, food court, local and international restaurants. Catering at the center consists predominantly of cafe style dining with Starbucks and Muffin Break.
Jeraisy Shopping Center QDesign designed the master layout plan and architectural design for this urban shopping mall. The development covers a total of 30,000 sqm of land in Olaya area. QDesign worked closely with the owners to create a shopping experience that would seamlessly blend a casual, neighborhood feel with a more modern, upscale atmosphere. Modern aesthetics showcase the taste of owner for classic design and high quality and function. The shopping mall, formed through elegant materials and fine detailing, provide a clean, comfortable environment with an understated luxury.
El Kheriji Shopping Mall Khobar The El Kheriji shopping mall, located at the Dammam Khobar highway covering 13,000 sqm land, explores the fusion of modern and vintage in its exterior and atmosphere. QDesign designed using a muted colors palette, melding vintage elements with large, metallic roof tops to create a warm and intimate backdrop for guests. The design concept carried through a series of strong architectural elements that create distinct zones for shoppers and private business owners. These different spaces and zones creating synergies of diverse activity that energize the working staff and day to day work.
Motoon Strip Mall QDesign worked closely with Motoon Real Estate to create a retail center unique to the region exuding quality, modern simplicity and understated elegance. The center's innovative concept and schematic design is based on a shell-and-core system that maximizes leasing opportunities, increases utilization of outdoor space, and contributes to efficient circulation in the lobby and dining areas. Completing the project with an extensive landscape design concept that includes outdoor furnishings and lighting specifically selected to promote tranquility alongside the lobby and outdoor area.
The Zone Takhassusi The Zone Takhassusi shopping mall’s architectural concept draws inspiration from the cities meticulously designed gardens and walkways. Using layering, framing and contrasting techniques, QDesign worked to seamlessly blend modern design elements with traditional style architectural features. The facility is built on a highly constrained site, yet designers managed to incorporate valued outdoor gathering spaces between the buildings.
Mouzahmiya Shopping Mall This upcoming shopping mall is a development of 9,000 sq m area located within the capital to showcase more than 150 local and international brands and traditional restaurants and cafes. The space features a sleek, modern design visible from street view, as well as rough elements such as concrete floors, exposed ceilings and steel railings contrast with modern furniture, sophisticated colors and bright accents. The architectural designer designed bench-lined lawns to unify and activate the space as a flourishing social heart of the district's anchor building.

Al Ahwal Al Madaneya QDesign have done the complete identity and specifications for Ahwal Madaniya throughout the kingdom in 30 branches variable areas from 400-800 meters. Energy-efficient design principles, interior spaces incorporate open-plan layouts and state-of-the-art communications. QDesign developed serve to distinguish each of the departments working in the branch, while promoting a coherent and navigable environment.

Ministry of Labor Akaria QDesign were appointed to completed the interior design for their head office in Riyadh stretching up to 4,500 m2. A collaborative and engaging workplace were created to enhance support for the company’s high-performance culture. Settings for enablement, refueling and relaxation were created. Key considerations included efficient use of space, acoustics, expansion and adaptability, all creatively balanced against the client budget. Clever use of the settings has resulted in an environment designed in a manner to be both dynamic and friendly.

Attention was given to Mobily’s core purpose of clients, especially in the design of the reception/entry space and main meeting rooms that enhance and capture the street views. Our brief was to design an office space that would inspire creative design, attract and retain high caliber and talented personnel while still upholding the corporate image of Mobily.

Starcom Group Starcom continues to grow its presence it became necessary to modernize and reflect the brand in premises. QDesign were tasked with a specific design criteria to cover the present needs of the company but also to allow for their growth in the future. The brief was to deliver a fresh, bright, airy and vibrant space with a striking reception area, whilst still maintaining a professional looking office. The design was very much client driven following a tender process with their project manager. SatNet The workspace of 2,500 sq. m in Riyadh is designed and laid out with the client’s customers in mind. There are five viewing rooms with several clients viewing rooms. All rooms are installed with specialist one-way viewing glass, high speed fiber optic broadband, HD video recording, built-in headphone points and translation equipment. All furniture is easily movable allowing for flexible layouts throughout. Our team enjoyed the challenge of a complex and specialized design and build project and client is more than delighted with their new workspace facility.
Security Control SCC outgrown their existing office expanding to 3,000 sq. m was looking for a modern designed office. After a series of workshops, we conceptualized and built an office space that supports Torch’s current and future business objectives. The workplace boasts an impressive interior of functional design which includes several meetings rooms, an open plan area, a large kitchen and quiet booths. The design incorporates neutral finishes throughout in keeping with their brand. The overall look and feel of the finished space is the perfect balance between creativity and professionalism. Accenture Accenture is one of the leading cloud based business software companies with thousands of customers across the globe. The decision to relocate was driven by a fast approaching lease end and the lack of additional space to grow. Accenture’s vision for their new office was to create a modern, high tech and client facing space in keeping with their image as a global enterprise. They wanted the office to be their new Khobar HQ. In order to conceptualize the space, QDesign facilitated various design workshops with input from both Accenture management team and their technical support team. They were looking for a combination of spaces to serve various functions for their staff. These spaces included meeting rooms, focus areas, and open plan desking.

Council of Cooperative Health Insurance CCHI is the independent government body to regulate the health insurance in the KSA. Founded in 1999 to accrediting the health institutions to provide cooperative health insurance services. QDesign were appointed to aesthetically design their head office in Riyadh stretching to 15,000 sq. m. We worked exclusively with CCHI throughout the process. In terms of the design they wanted to achieve an executive and traditional look and feel, an office with an upper-class lounge look and feel to accommodate guest and visitors. After extensive research, creative designs and interviews with the stake holders, we agreed on a design to suit their needs by bringing quality, elegance and style together.
The Saudi Hotels & Resorts Company (SHARACO) SHARACO appointed QDesign for design and fit-out services for their Diplomatic quarter head office expanding up-to 3,500 sq. m in Riyadh. We created a design that supported SHARACO’s current and future business objectives and reflected their commercial expertise. The workspace includes several conference and meeting areas, large working areas to encourage collaboration, a bright reception, a tea point, and a number of office suites which can be rented to external clients. Our designer chose natural colors to in keeping with the company’s professional ethos. The overall look and feel of the finished space is a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
SHARACO was founded in 1976 to become a dedicated body in managing and operating hotels, resorts, recreational villages, residential and commercial compounds where it succeeded in pioneering a successful national business venture.
Takamol Holding Takamol had outgrown their existing office and were looking to take on a larger space to accommodate their head office in Riyadh. After a series of design development workshops, our team was able to gain a detailed understanding of what Takamol Holding envisioned for their new workplace. The new workspace consists of chairman’s office, several meeting rooms, a collaborative lounge area, boardrooms, fitness room, cafeteria and workstation hall.

J. Walter Thompson (JWT) Our challenge was to design an open, creative and exciting work environment with the least amount of enclosed spaces. The project consisted of an almost full floor office space that accommodates 6 departments with a total of 80 employees between them. Space planning was kept flexible to allow for future growth. One of the most attractive features of the office is the use of actual shipping containers as breakout areas for all staff members to use. Similar features aim to add to the creative environment and office culture of advertising firms. The minimalist industrial look and feel of the interior finishes were intended to compliment the casual and creative environment of the advertising firm.
JWT KSA was founded in 1987 and is the oldest marketing communications brand in Saudi Arabia. It forms part of the global J. Walter Thompson Agency, within the MEA network, which comprises 27 offices in 24 markets.
Riyadh International Catering Company McDonald’s Working closely with RICC team, QDesign guided the client through the workplace consultancy process. We conducted several design workshops to gain an understanding of their daily operations and the type of office design that would best support their business structure. Keeping in mind the group’s vision of incorporating new ways of working, we created an open plan layout to encourage agile and collaborative working. RICC new space includes several client-facing meeting rooms, a large canteen, an open plan lounge area, a high specification war room, ‘huddle spaces’ for teams to gather, socialize and work and open plan desking. By placing their brand name in different suitable places McDonald’s branding is instantly recognizable to anyone who enters the office.

The new office consisted of 400 sqm of office space and designed to accommodate multiple departments. DELL office was designed to provide equal opportunities for all its employees. Moving away from the traditional allocation of space and allowing for ample access to daylight for all employees.

The Chemical Company Our challenge was to design an open work environment with the least amount of enclosed spaces. The project consisted of 2 offices in Riyad and Khobar and area of 1,500 sqm that accommodates two divisions of the company with a total of 80 employees between them. Open workplaces are prone to privacy and security issues. Thus, our planning was aimed to address these issues and provided successful solutions to maintain the level of privacy and security required.

Beiersdorf (NIVEA) In the summer of 2015, Beiersdorf, the world’s fastest-growing skin care provider, opened its new head office in Riyadh occupying 1,400 sqm space. They sought to revitalize the space to foster independent and collaborative thinking. Sprinkled throughout the suite are small collaboration stations, allowing employees to engage in efficient brainstorming sessions at their convenience. The design and office furnishings speak to the company’s overall culture, which is both fun and hardworking. The result is a fun and flexible workspace that fosters creativity, promotes a level playing field and speaks to the company’s high-performance professional mentality.

General Organization for Social Insurance General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) asked QDesign to help re-enhance and redesign their existing office space of 2,300 sqm to create a corporate culture through internal branding and communication reflecting their brand and values. Our concept drew from inspirational inventors and inventions from the past to encourage employees to greater heights. GOSI established to implement the provisions of the Social Insurance Law and follow-up the process of achieving the compulsory insurance coverage. GOSI is a semi-state body that enjoys administrative and financial independence. An eleven-member Board of Directors, supervises GOSI.
Abdullatif Alissa Group Holding Company Quality and a sense of timelessness were the driving forces behind this 6,000 sqm office space remodel. When Abdullatif Alissa Group Holding Co. (AAGH) needed redesign of its headquarter in Riyadh, the company wanted the interior design for the new space to reflect its upscale urban surroundings. In addition to creating a beautiful design, the space had to function as a traditional office space. To effectively serve both purposes, we designed a space where every element – from the furniture and art choices to lighting and materials selection – reflects thought and purpose while simultaneously and seamlessly providing an efficient workspace for employees.
AAGH Established in the 1950's, with a primary focus in textiles, food products, leasing & financing and automotive sales. Alissa Group is today considered a pioneer of automotive sales, service and financing & leasing within the Kingdom.
The Saudi Investment Bank The project involved a comprehensive design of data center consist of 1,000 sqm space and an emphasis on very high-quality client facing areas, a comfortable working environment for staff with a striking design to incorporate the business ethos. QDesign met the brief to produce a smart, modern and fresh project which was delivered on time and on budget. Due to the nature of client's business, state of the art audio visual and common facilities were of high importance. Work included meeting rooms, creative areas, open plan, reception, and a centerpiece breakout area!

Eradah
Youth has no age The client had a requirement to create a customer experience centre, as well as meeting rooms and a breakout area. We conducted several design workshops with Eradah’s internal move team to construct a modern design that encapsulated their brand and supported their needs. The Result is a comprehensive design incorporating a range of functional zones; including video conference rooms; private booths; as well as a large staff tea point area for communal interaction.
Eradah is a progressive center of excellence for youth development readying the tech-savvy youth population to thrive in the rapidly evolving socio-economic climate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Eradah continuously conducts workshops, focus groups and interviews with youth all across the Kingdom to get their input on these issues, as well as their suggested solutions.
SITCO Having pitched in a strong tender situation this project was a very welcome win for the team. After a competitive tender process, SITCO instructed QDesign to design and build their HQ office within this city landmark building. We developed the client brief and responded to the existing space to create a visually striking result using bespoke and contemporary finishes. The design features include a reception, a generous meeting suite comprising of a state of the art board room and adjacent anteroom and staff break out area.
Capital Market Authority The project involved a comprehensive design with an emphasis on very high-quality client facing areas, a comfortable working environment for staff with a striking design to incorporate the business ethos. Critical Communications As Bravo communication continues to grow its operation it became necessary to expand. We were tasked with a specific design criteria to cover the present needs of the company but also to allow for their growth in the future, as well as presenting a new way of working in open plan configuration. Our brief was to deliver a fresh, bright, airy and vibrant space with a striking reception area, whilst still maintaining a professional office. We designed and built a whole new working environment which incorporates a mixture of open-plan workspace, conference and meeting rooms and electrical testing areas. An exciting and motivational, sleek waiting area to greet clients and staff, meeting areas and a large cafĂŠ-breakout space for employees to use during their down time.

UBER Technologies Inc Uber was looking for a working environment which support their nature of business for their new head office in Egypt consisting of 5,000 sqm. QDesign helped Uber to create a space consists of a large colorful staff breakout area with unlimited flexibility for eating, socializing and working, informal meeting and seating areas, open plan desking and uniquely themed client meeting rooms. Through detailed planning, workplace consultancy and striking interior design our team have created a remarkable workspace that fully supports Uber’s needs as a fast-growing business and reflects their exuberant and open culture.

DB Schenker We worked closely to help align the vision of DB Schenker's new workspace in Egypt occupying almost 1,200 sqm of area. Accommodating the business growth ensured the working environment would flexibly accommodate future additional staff. The Result is a comprehensive design incorporating a range of functional zones; including conference room; private booths; as well as a large staff tea point area for communal interaction.

Saudi Telecom Company STC long standing client for QDesign asked to redesign and enhance their HQ in Riyadh which is comprised of more than 10,000 sqm of area. They wanted to change the way they worked, to move away from individual desks to a more open and collaborative approach. In terms of design and aesthetics, they were clear about what they wanted - a high specification design that remained in keeping with their astute simplistic company ethos. From the outset, we embraced their vision and created an office that offers a combination of different sorts of environments. AH Group Fuschsia Bakery This unique retail concept puts the spotlight on the bread, cookies, cakes, pastries, and pies. The earthy colors chosen have created a very warm atmosphere inside which is in harmony with the materials used in the showcases and the brick wall. The designers opted for simple materials for the interior. Translucent polycarbonate sheets and plasterboard were used to create walls with varying opacity. The store is thereby given a firm sense of place, reverberating with a reverence for the region.
Diplomat Pastries Diplomat Bakery is seen as a very high profile development, it was very pleasing to see the store was finished and open on time to the usual very high standards which has come to be associated with works carried out by QDesign, in what can only be described as ‘working in a very challenging environment’ . Spoon Me International Ice Cream This unique retail concept puts the spotlight on the ice cream-making experience. Fun and modern, it’s a place that encourages tweens to party, experiment and just hang out. The design challenge of the store was to make it stand out from the immediate chaos. We redesigned to the latest trends and requirements in terms of architecture and amenities, accommodating modern look and feel with increasing demand for low maintenance and energy efficiency.
Caliburger Always Fresh One of our prestigious installation carried out and completed with the highest compliments from our client, Cali Burger. We have formed a trusted relationship with our client that started back in 2012. Elevation Burger The project brief for the Elevation Burger fast food restaurant was simple, “create a fun, unpretentious space�. Drawing references from fast food restaurants and inspired by vibrant market stalls and smoking grills of the Middle East, we collectively aimed to provide a contemporary take on fast food, something clean, bright and lively. We have formed a trusted relationship with our client that started back in 2009. The level of finishes demanded by this prestigious restaurant are perfectly suited to the systems and structures.
Popeyes Chicken Company In this fast food shop, the place is painted in bright colors that look cool and sweet to the eyes. The ceiling is colored tomato red with a dome in the middle that resembles an upside down cup with a blizzard of different flavors. Round, fluffy pendant lights are installed in the dome to lighten up the whoel area. Modern furniture was used to give the place a casual feel. The dining area is framed using orange and red painted panels. Orange works well with the brand bringing energy to the space. This entire interior is colorful and full of light. It offers a fresh, delicious, and joyful atmosphere meant to attract and make all the possible customers feel satisfied.
Saudi Fisheries Company The goal of the design was the name of the cafe to speak for itself. Saudi Fisheries aim was to deliver a simply beautiful and unique dining experience that is worth repeating – and we made sure that the interior design reflected just that The place is brightly lit but feels snug and cozy; it is classic but fresh. Saudi is a county rich in food, oil and culture. Saudis have a passion for sharing genuine hospitality with family and friends. The design that we made commits to bring this experience home to you.
Sizzlerhouse Authentic World Flavors
The restaurant’s overall look is influenced by mid-century modern design and is meant to be bright, colorful and lush, imparting feelings of abundance and plenty for guests. To impart a more luxurious feeling, client goes beyond the minimum with its furnishings. Decorative are made of thick hardwood or granite in the dining room. Inside seating has well-padded upholstery with light colored fabric or leather, along with mid-century modern touches like fluting or tufts. Overhead, guests can see hardwood beams laid out in a classic pattern. These beams work in conjunction with the reception’s acoustic ceiling to help control sound. They also show diners how much attention the restaurant pays to detail.
Vanellis
Fresh Italian Foods Since 1981, Vanellis has been serving fresh Italian food across Middle East. As part of the MTY Group, Vanellis has now grown to over 100 units worldwide and continuing to grow and expand to meet customers’ needs. Vanellis branch of Riyadh is an exceptional, impressive space. Developed to achieve exotic and friendly atmosphere. We used sustainable finishing with an eye on details. It is to create and build unique retail space reflecting the restaurant's main concept. Materials used are natural concrete floor finish, painting, quality marble and contrast furniture.
The HB Brands The outlet seats 60 people, and its design resonates strongly with values and themes of HB Brand’s vision 2020. QDesign created a sophisticated dining experience with the feel of an urban market. The first floor is a central dining venue encircled by an array of high communal tables and lounge chairs offer a range of seating options. Exposed concrete floors mix with warm woods, blackened steel, bronze and stone to complement the building’s exterior. The HB Brands – Hospitality Division has operated restaurants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the opening of the first Canton restaurant in Riyadh in May,1991. In 2014, the HB Brands has finished the year with more than 172 branches across the Middle East.
Urban Restaurant Located in the vibrant downtown area of Riyadh, Urban is bringing food taste from different countries. Space used to attract customers for a quick bite to eat or a quite drink. Wood planks are fixed on each wall around the room and mood lighting was installed to set a calm and luxurious environment. Restaurant with an open view kitchen engaging customers to creative chef-in-action.
Yamal Al Sham Wadi Laban Through a process of value management and engineering, this commercial fit out project was brought within budget, whilst still delivering the desired outcome to a delighted Client. The bespoke nature of the design compliments the design mix within the busiest public area. Site logistics and safety of the general public was achieved through effective procedures and management. With thousands of visitors a day surrounding the site and access through a live pedestrian walkway this project was delivered without incident.
Bass Tawook The site of this project is located on King Abdullah road, Riyadh. It consists of boutiques, hotel suites and residential apartments. The use of architectural space and landscaping are adopted to create a welcoming and relaxed ambience, a style that reminds urban sophistication and modernism, giving the residence a calm and restful public space. This development also fully considered the urban visual impact affected by its future development.
Sultan Ahmet QDesign created a sophisticated dining experience with the feel of an urban market. The central dining venue encircled by an array of high communal tables and lounge chairs offer a range of seating options. Exposed concrete floors mix with warm woods, blackened steel, bronze and stone to complement the building’s exterior. Sultan Ahmet is soulful urban restaurant with a modern street-style casual atmosphere, serving a delicious range of doner kebabs and a sizzling selection of grills. They take pride in its authentic Turkish heritage, that is presented through contemporary interpretations, making it easy for the target audience to relate to. Sleek colours and iconic branding, makes easy to identify and differentiate from the competition.
