This development is the first of it’s kind in Shoreview. Transforming an underutilized suburban corporate campus into an re-energized neighborhood. A one-stop-shop for it’s residents.
Design Aesthetic
Urban design in the suburbs. Nature driven design decisions guide materiality and program, creating a connected community between the city and nature.
Concept Statement
SV Phase III is the latest phase of this transformational development. Once an empty corporate campus, this community is now full of lively public spaces that encourage interaction, connection, and exploration. Drawing inspiration from its natural surroundings, building materials are warm and rich with wood tones, natural patina materials, and masonry surfaces. Inside, the nod to nature continues with an exposed wood structure, natural fabrics of leather and wool, and the bold blues of a shoreline. The amenities are friendly, fun and familiar; authentic to the Midwest culture, with cozy and comfortable gathering spaces, a focus on wellness-based programming, and seamless integration of the interior to exterior amenities.
SV Phase III is now a vibrant urban community with suburban conveniences and a true neighborhood feel.
