Similarly, I created BLACK BELT NINJA PLANNER after a contemplative period reflecting on my internal processes; understanding myself, my feelings and the path I wanted to follow. It is a paper planner because writing is the best way to visualize and let creativity flow. It consists of 3 parts and one pochette, all together combined in one complete product. 1 The workbook, to feel, recognize and organize goals. Follow all the steps. 2 The Calendar to set them. It is an action calendar: ' plan - do - review '. 3 Notebooks. A dynamic space with enough pages for the whole year!
Mindset. You can start only by thinking and organizing ideas. Your thoughts are something that can become really powerful only if you combine them with a clear intent, with a tenacious and a burning desire to transfer them into something real and tangible.
Dream. The most important feature of successful people is visualization. No matter what discipline or area of expertise they can visualize the result they want to achieve and they expect to get there! They concentrate and focus on their dream which is the seed of their future reality. This is the motivation which guides them through difficult times.

How it should be?

Successful people act and persist until they achieve their goal. Make an action plan, develop one for each goal, both personal and professional, by using the 3W 1H. What? Be clear and detailed. Describe it. Our mind does not make a distinction between what we live and what we dream. Visualize it. Imagine how it will be. Why? Exciting. It is your why. Decide it is worthy even if it is not easy. When? Achievable. The difference between a dream and a goal is the deadline. Set a deadline for each goal. Timeline goals: short term: 1 - 3 years mid term: 3 - 5 years long term: > 5 years How? Quantifiable. Break it down. What it is doable is well planned. Step 1: Make a checklist of what you need to do to get there. Step 2: Set a deadline and fill in the calendar. Work on the 3W 1H pages and clip it on the next page.

Calendar is the boss! [organize] The Calendar formula is ' plan - do - review '. Break goals down in years, months, weeks, days, hours. Set your most important hours. Mark your working hours. Fill in those hours with productive activities. At the end of each month, check and make things right. Create rewards and punishments for responsibility. Check if your life is balanced.
Self-confidence.

Autosuggestion. Each human is what it is, thanks to predominant thoughts. Creating thoughts is an habit which can influence you in a positive way in the process of achieving your goal. Use a page from the notebook, write those thoughts down, put it where you can see them (in the car, kitchen, studio, whatever) and read them every day.
