The latest occupier is commercial vehicle safety and van conversions specialist SM UK, which has taken 38,650 sq ft of space on a 20-year lease and completes the development’s phase one.

Phase two of Gelderd Park will deliver of 12,600 sq ft trade and retail accommodation across fives units, ranging from 1,400 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. All units are available on a leasehold basis.
