Digital Tickets: How to use
Please make sure your digital ticket is downloaded. If you need help downloading your digital ticket you can find a guide here.
Apple
Ensure you have your ticket showing as you approach the turnstile.
1. You will receive a notification as you approach the stadium indicating the contactless ticket(s) you have available.
If you have not received a notification, open your Apple Wallet
and scroll to find your digital season ticket. Notifications will not appear if Location Services is disabled.
2. When you approach the reader, tap the notification to select your ticket. Tap your iPhone or Apple Watch on the reader. Your phone should be held, screen facing you, over the contactless reader. Ask for help from a steward if required.
3. If the pass has been read correctly the light will go green, you can enter the turnstile. If it goes red there is an issue with the digital ticket. Please try again or find a steward to help identify the issue.
If you have multiple digital season tickets downloaded to one device, you can swipe to access these. Present these one at a time and allow the relevant season ticket holder to enter. Please allow others to enter before presenting your own ticket.
Please Note:
You may be asked to enter your passcode when presenting your iPhone to the reader. Within settings and ‘Face ID & Passcode’ check that Apple Pay is enabled. On iOS 11 or older authentication is required when presenting you ticket.
Android
Ensure you have your ticket showing as you approach the turnstile.
1. You will receive a notification as you approach the stadium indicating the contactless ticket(s) you have available.
If you have not received a notification, open your Google Wallet
and scroll to find your digital season ticket. Notifications will not appear if Location Services is disabled.
2. When you approach the reader, tap the notification to select your ticket. Tap your phone on the reader. Your phone should be ‘awake’ and held, screen facing you, over the contactless reader. Ask for help from a steward if required.
3. If the pass has been read correctly the light will go green, you can enter the turnstile. If it goes red there is an issue with the digital ticket. Please try again or find a steward to help identify the issue.
Android users can also choose to scan your barcode in the barcode scanner.
Follow the below steps to use your barcode.
1. If your barcode is not already on your ticket, swipe across on your ticket or click ‘show code’
2. Place the barcode face up into the reader slot.
