Dance academy takes Calgary by storm

Michelle Navratil and members of the Aspire Dance Academy who recently won 12 gold, 6 silver and 2 bronze medals at a Calgary competition.

www.kootenayadvertiser.com A5 Submitted Five years have Àown by since Michelle Navratil opened Aspire Dance Academy in Cranbrook and the dance studio continues to excel and grow as it celebrates its ¿fth anniversary this season. When it ¿rst opened its doors, the academy had 40 students and has now grown to 120. Students ranging in ages three to adult train in various dance styles: ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and lyrical. The academy has another reason to celebrate after doing exceptionally well at a dance competition held in Calgary on April 12-15. Out of 392 entries total at the competition, Aspire Dance Academy dancers won

12 gold medals, 6 silver medals, 2 bronze medals, and 9 overall highscore trophies. The group also had three of their routines qualify for the “Danceoff” event, whereby the top 30 highest scoring groups in various categories got to compete again for another award. Aspire Dance won 1st place with the overall highest scoring junior group trophy (picture below). The best part of the whole experience for the dancers was dancing for charity. All proceeds from the event were donated to each of the studio’s charity of our choice. Having placed so successfully in the competition is a tribute to all the hard work and effort made by the students

and the director. “Dance is my life and my passion and I want to share it with everyone I can. At Aspire Dance I believe we are all part of

a team,” said Michelle Navratil, Owner/Director. Aspire Dance will be holding its year end show on Saturday, June

Locally sourced ice wine La Dolce Vita By Lorne Eckersley

In an age when limited edition has lost much of its meaning, the ¿rst 90 bottles of ice wine made by Creston’s Skimmerhorn Winery must certainly lend credence to the term. But ¿rst, a few things about ice wine. First, it has to be the real deal to bear the name on the label—if not, it is a fraud. And frauds have happened many times in the past. To be the real deal, ice wine has to be picked and crushed at below a speci¿c temperature and it the juice must have a minimum number of brix, or sweetness. Picking grapes for ice wine is hardly an activity for the meek. It is bitterly cold on the hands and the clusters don’t add up to a lot of weight. Because they have sat on the vine for many weeks and often several months before picking, they have dessicated, leaving behind little water, but a highly concentrated juice. Because the grapes are pressed at below freezing temperatures, most of the water is left behind in the form of ice crystals, so the resulting juice, what little there is of it, is extremely intense in Àavor. Obviously, leaving grapes on the vine for ice wine is risky business— there is no guarantee that a hard freeze will allow for their picking before birds and other conditions render them useless. In Canada, which along with Germany is the world’s largest ice wine

producer, 75 per cent of ice wine is made in Ontario. Among the most common grapes used are Vidal and Cabernet Franc, along with Riesling. Marleen Hoag says the Skimmerhorn experiment with ice wine started last November, when her husband and winery co-owner Al and Skimmerhorn’s Kiwi winemaker Mark Rattray “were bored”. The temperature had dropped to an unseasonal -10C so they ventured toward the east side of the vineyard, where some Riesling vines, largely experimental, had been left unpicked. Rattray and Hoag got things going with the fermentation process, but then Rattray had to return to his native New Zealand. Hoag used the skills he has picked up by working at his mentor’s side, making Creston Valley’s ¿rst ever commercial ice wine. Now, I new none of this until Skimmerhorn sales rep Brenda Silkie told me about it last month. Because we were due to Ày over to Europe for a holiday, it was the ¿rst thing that came to mind as a gift for friends who would host us in their hometown of Porthishead, near Bristol, on the ¿rst leg of our trip. Gerry Salmon and Nicolet Lines are hardly unfamiliar with Skimmerhorn. For 14 years they have owned property in the Creston Valley. The retired British Airways employees ran a bed and breakfast here and continue to spend part of each year in Lister, where they have an acreage.

They were as surprised as we were that Skimmerhorn had produced an ice wine and we looked forward to the ¿rst sip. We were not disappointed. The winery’s ¿rst foray is not just good, it is exceptionally good. First, let’s admit that there isn’t much not to like about most ice wines produced, well, anywhere. The sweet, often syrupy, liquid often evokes honey, that most precious of nature’s elixirs. But the Skimmerhorn version also offers up a surprising acidity, a characteristic that is so appealing in all good Riesling wines. It is that fruity acidity that makes Riesling such a great match for so many different foods. The four of us agreed that this is a most satisfying and appealing ice wine that lends itself to many different possible food matches. I doubt that one could go wrong serving it with any dessert that includes apples, pears, peaches or apricots and I’m betting white chocolate would get a nice boost from it, too. Sadly, we aren’t likely to be able to make too many experiments. Those 90 bottles aren’t going to last long at the winery. Unfortunately, as of this column’s writing, I am still in Europe, and I wouldn’t be the least surprised if Skimmerhorn’s ¿rst ever ice wine is sold out by the time we return. That would be our loss, but the de¿nite gain of those lucky few who make the effort to get a bottle or two. Or three.

Yahk comes through for A Clear View It is sometimes said that little towns often have the biggest hearts and nothing could be truer for the community of Yahk. This past weekend members of the Yahk Kingsgate Recreation Society hosted the Breast Fest for A Clear View, a chicken breast dinner with no squash and desserts in cups of all sizes and what an event it was! The community hall was dressed in its ¿nest pink with balloons, fresh roses and tables full of donated auction items all in support of East Kootenay Foundation for Health’s digital stereotactic mammography campaign. With smooth sounds

of classic favourites serenading the crowd and enticing people to dance, the Creston Community Band was just one of the many highlights of the evening. Judy Dickson, the event coordinator was all smiles greeting guests but it was her poise and gentleness that stood out when making the presentation to EKFH’s Donna Grainger and Cindy Yates. Judy, also one of the faces of the campaign for Creston, and her team of creative organizers set out to prove that no matter where you live in the East Kootenay, breast cancer affects us all. With a mantra of ‘Yahk is the little town that could’, the group set a strong fundraising goal of $5,000 and by the end of the weekend their efforts realized an amazing $8,000 for the A Clear View campaign. “When EKFH decided to undertake this campaign we could never have realized that the biggest impact isn’t the money we will raise

www.kootenayadvertiser.com A7 for the equipment; it is about the people, the communities and the gift of giving of themselves that is really the true story, explains Donna Grainger, EKFH Executive Director. “I am absolutely humbled beyond words. This latest gift from YKRS helped move the 2-year, $1 million campaign to just over $750,000 in pledges and donations in just over six months time. Please consider making a donation today by visiting

EKFH’s secured website www.aclearview.ca. Thank you to all the individuals and businesses who donated items for the Breast Fest, to the organizing committee for such a fun and entertaining event and to every person who came out and supported the Yahk Kingsgate Recreation Society. Natural pain relievers state of inflammation that stops the healing response and causes chronic pain. One of the main reasons the body gets caught in chronic inflammation is due to an imbalance in fats. Some fats increase inflammation and pain while others reduce both. Fats from animal sources produce hormones that promote inflammation and pain while fats from cold-water fish produce hormones (called prostaglandins) that reduce pain and inflammation. There is very solid scientific evidence showing supplementing with quality fish oils reduces inflammation and pain. Choosing the right type of fish oils is also important. You want to take purified fish oil in the triglyceride form, the naturally occurring form of fish oil that is easily absorbed. Avoid Ethyl-ester fish oils. Supplementing with 1000mg to 2000mg of EPA (a component of fish oil called eicosapentanoic acid) daily can dramatically reduce your back and joint pain.

Pain is one of the main reasons people see their doctor and pain medications (analgesics) are one of the most common drugs that people take every day. While analgesic medications can improve quality of life they do come with significant potential side effects. Over the next few weeks I will discuss various ways you can use natural medicine to effectively manage your pain without causing other problems. Common side effects of analgesics include stomach ulceration, liver damage, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and constipation. A variety of natural medicines are effective at reducing pain and do not come with the same risk for side effects as their prescription relatives. Let’s start by talking about fish oils and how they can reduce your pain and, along the way, also reduce your risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes and arthritis. Inflammation is a natural event that the body uses to heal injury and tissue damage. Sometimes the body gets caught in a chronic

1200, Baker Street Cranbrook, BC

Map and running tips By Christie Kennedy, BHKin. Owner, Core Fitness

Finish first

Running is a fantastic way to get healthy. It’s easy to do (walk out your front door!) and it doesn’t cost much to get started. It doesn’t always feel good the ¿rst few times but if you stick with it, one day you will feel that “runners high” and never look back! Here are some general running tips to prevent injuries and keep you motivated, as well as some helpful hints for race day. Enjoy! 1. Hydrate! Drink plenty of water throughout the day, every day. 2. Electrolyte drinks are not necessary unless you are running one hour or more 3. Remember, it will get easier! 4. Run with a friend or running group, for motivation and fun! 5. Think about your technique; try to run light on your feet 6. Do not increase your mileage by more than 10% per week 7. If you are new to running, start with walk/ run intervals 8. Allow your body two to three days of recovery each week (try cross-training) 9. STRETCH! – after your run 10. Get proper running shoes! Go to a running shoe expert to get properly ¿tted. 11. Be consistent – follow a training plan 12. Not every run is going to feel great.

with

Don’t get discouraged. 13. Add hills and speedwork to improve your strength and endurance after you’ve developed a good ¿tness base 14. Deep breathing will help you get through cramps 15. Stretch the calves and shins to prevent and help get rid of shinsplints 16. Do core exercises to prevent back and hip problems 17. Use Vaseline or body glide to prevent chaf¿ng 18. Set realistic goals 19. Sign up for a race with a friend somewhere fun or exotic (there are runs in Las Vegas, Disneyland, New York, etc!) 20. Taper the week before your race RACE DAY 1. Wear sunscreen, bring layers 2. Do not eat/drink anything new 3. Get up early to eat breakfast, avoid foods high in re¿ned sugar 4. Hydrate! 5. This is not the time to wear brand new runners or clothing 6. Double knot your shoelaces 7. There is no shame in walking 8. Thank volunteers and people shouting encouragement 9. Relax your shoulders, breathe deeply 10. Finish strong ENJOY THE DAY, CELEBRATE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT, HAVE FUN!!!

out our new focus and approach we found research done by the Search Institute, a youth development research organization and with that information, various focus groups, primary research and some sweat and tears the new After P.A.R.T.Y. The Search Institute revealed that the difference between troubled teens and those leading healthy, productive lives is strongly affected by the presence of what they call developmental assets. The usual de¿nition of assets is “prop-

This is a new generation of youth; they have become desensitized to trauma, as it is commonplace on the Internet, on TV and electronic gaming. What was once a very effective tool has lost its impact. Dangerous Drugs in Our Community Home-grown marijuana operations or crack labs have become one of the more popular means for supplying local drug dealers with narcotics. These drugs end up in the hands of our children and in¿ltrate our schools and homes. The damages caused by the use of these illicit drugs tear at the very fabric of our society and can have irreversible effects. Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in identifying individuals growing marijuana or running crack labs in our community. Most operations are managed under strictly controlled conditions. Light, water and soil nutrients are closely monitored to ensure maximum plant growth in the least amount of time. Marijuana cultivated under these conditions is more potent and therefore more harmful to its users. Crack labs are far more dangerous operations involving the combining of various very harmful and sometimes volatile products. Electricity is also dangerously rerouted in many cases. Any combination of the following information may indicate the presence of a marijuana grow operation: blacked out - tin foiled windows, heavy condensation on the insides of windows, very intense bright lights running between 18 or more hours a day, a musty, greenhouse odor, excessive indoor/outdoor electrical wiring, portable generators running for extensive periods of time, additional venting or fans constructed into walls or roofs. Crime Stoppers needs your help in identifying and stopping criminals who pro¿t on the cultivation and distribution of illicit drugs in our community. Do you know anyone or any location where this type of activity is occuring or have information on any other crime, if so; Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for this crime. If you have any information about this crime or any other crime, call Crime Stoppers. You don't have to reveal your identity. Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display.

We are trying to shift the focus from behavioural to belief so no matter what decision youth encounter i.e. drinking, texting and driving, taking part in risk-related activities, etc. they have the assets they need to make a positive choice. It feels right to be empowering youth to help them build assets so they can reach their potential. Another big change is

As the ancient African Proverb states, “It takes a village to raise a child”. We’ve seen the stories and the appalling facts about teen pregnancy, violence, school failure, substance abuse, sexually transmitted diseases, eating disorders, and suicide. We’ve watched the news and stared at images of alienated, angry kids who seem unreachable and

EAST KOOTENAY P.A.R.T.Y. PROGRAM 2012 Reaching for Potential doomed. But this is not the ‘norm’!!!! We have a community full of youth with incredible potential but in order to thrive they need the support of the adults within our community, the adults at school and the adults at home. We need to provide these individuals with opportunities to utilize their passions and become the best version of them. Through this they will excel in all areas in their lives and make healthy choices. It is time that we bridge the gap between youth and our community. “Youth are not vessels to be ¿lled but ¿res to be lit” ~ Peter Benson. We are so appreciative to East Kootenay Realty for their continued support, without the generosity of this local business we would not be in operation. It is community partners such as this that make the East Kootenays an exceptional place to live!

as likely to crash as other drivers. Research shows that it is not the cell phone device that causes accidents, but the conversation. The part of the brain distracted by talking on the phone is also responsible for processing moving images. That is the part that needs to be highly aware while driving. This all means that using a cell phone headset is not a viable alternative, as many might think. The best way to ensure your attention stays on the road where it belongs is to put your cell phone away while you’re driving or pull over to the side of the road to have a conversation. Your life is worth more than a phone call or a text.

April is National Distracted Driving Month and regardless of what you may have heard about hands-free phone devices, the same part of the brain used for processing what the person on the other end of the line is saying to you is what is also used for vision.

Moving around your home town is increasingly risky business if drivers’ cell phone habits don’t change radically, and soon. The U.S. Department of Transportation says that cell phone use while driving was the cause of 18 percent of distracted driving deaths in 2009. FocusDriven, a non-pro¿t organization that advocates for cell-free driving, calls the practice a “killer”. In a recent AAA survey, nearly threequarters of drivers confessed to talking on a cell phone while driving in the previous 30 days. And two-thirds of them reported that they were fully aware of the dangers of driving while talking. To put that into perspective, the National Security Council says that drivers talking on cell phones are four times

EAST KOOTENAY P.A.R.T.Y. PROGRAM 2012 Reaching for Potential

What exactly does PARTY mean to you? Hanging out with friends, socializing drinking, drugs, dancing, eating, ¿ghting, sex, vomiting? Sounds like a party. Our P.A.R.T.Y. is an acronym, which stands for Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth. Now this may not seem like your de¿nition of a party but we want to make the good times last by showing you how to make smart choices in your life. Then you’ll get out of

your teen years, and into your twenties, thirties... P.A.R.T.Y. focuses on making smart choices. You are going to see some people who unfortunately made some pretty bad choices or who had someone make a bad choice for them and are now living with the consequences. And these are the ones who survived. What’s Your Choice? There is only one person who can choose whether you get behind

the wheel of a car when you are impaired, or whether you will wear your helmet the next time you ride your bike, or wear protective gear when playing sports: YOU! The consequences of your choices will either maintain your independence or lead you to injury. Read on to see how the other parts of the risk triangle affect you. Independence At this stage in your life do you need your parents to spoon-feed you, take you to the toilet, change your diaper, dress you, move you from your bed to your chair? How would you

feel if you lost your independence and your parents, brothers, sisters or friends had to do these things for you? Injury Have you ever been injured? Did it alter your independence? Were you able to do the same things as you did before your injury? With current medical technology there is a lot we can ¿x and repair when someone has been injured but there are two parts of your body that cannot be ¿xed: spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries. Once you’ve damaged those two parts of your body we

can’t ¿x or repair them and that’s why the best thing is to prevent them from happening in the ¿rst place. Injuries have no boundaries - they don’t care whether you are rich or poor, what race, gender, religion, or age you are. Injuries can happen to any one of us at any time. We have certainly heard of some of the famous people who have died - Princess Diana, Sonny Bono, Michael Kennedy, Natasha Richardson. These are people who make it big in the headlines. And yet the people we see in our trauma room are just everyday people like you. In the year 2000, the trauma unit at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Canada’s ¿rst and largest trauma centre, treated 909 trauma patients of which 13% of those patients died. The rest were left with various stages of injury.

Almost all of those traumas were preventable. We all think it can’t happen to us. But here, you will see people who thought exactly like you. You can see how their lives changed. Let’s set a scenario. You have just written your last exam. You and seven of your friends decide to go out and celebrate. Everyone piles into your car. Since you are only going a short distance - what does it matter if you don’t wear your seatbelt? The next morning the headlines read “TWO DEAD, TWO CRITICALLY INJURED, DRIVER CHARGED.” This crash will not only affect your life, but those who were injured, or killed, and the lives of all their families and friends. You will also have to live with the fact that you killed two of your friends and permanently injured two others. This was not an

accident! The “A” Word There is one particular word that we don’t use in P.A.R.T.Y. and it’s an “A” word. Not the “A” word you’re all familiar with. The word is Accident. An accident is an act of fate, something we have no control over and the reason we don’t use this word is that these injuries and injury-related deaths that occur are predictable and preventable. We need to call these things what they are: CRASHES, COLLISIONS, INCIDENTS, MISHAPS, OCCURENCES. They are not Accidents.

This Friend by Girlie I love having you as a friend, You make my day brighter, I’m happy with this friend I’ve found Who makes my burdens lighter. Whenever I see you, It makes me want to smile, You were never too cool, Always in Style. Don’t you ever leave me, I’ll never make you frown, By your side I’ll always be, Especially when you’re down. Even through the worst of days, I will be right here, Watching you through ever faze, Catching every tear. You hold my feelings in your hand, Every single one, My friendship will forever stand, Even when the fun is done. So don’t ever forget me, For I will not forget you, Here for you I will always be, No matter what you do. If others could feel as free, As I feel with this Friend, Friendship and warmth is all they’d see, And love would never end.

Obituaries OBITUARY

Helen Taylor (nee Voisey) 1925 - 2012 Cranbrook native, Helen Taylor, passed away at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook on April 13, 2012 at the age of 87. Born in the old Masonic Hall on 11th Avenue, Helen lived her life to the fullest always meeting life’s challenges with determination. In her youth, she was instrumental in arranging high school basketball tournaments between the cities in the Kootenays. As an adult, she looked for what was not available in children’s sports and was determined that the community would have whatever was needed. Her first accomplishment was introducing Red Cross swim instruction. She later started our competitive swim team the “Cranbrook Plungers” and initiated swim lessons for mentally challenged children and adults. During this time, Helen also sat on the Recreation Commission, advocated for our first heated swimming pool, coached minor ball and was the leader of a girl guide company. She encouraged all children to celebrate their achievements and cheered loudly for all accomplishments regardless of which team they played for. During this time, Helen raised four children: Randy (Joanne), Brian (Sue), Linda and Trent (Judy). She and her husband Bernie (married 64 years) owned and operated Reddy’s Service Ltd at the end of the strip. After retirement, Helen remained active in the community. Her most recent accomplishments included assisting with the Key City Chronicles (history book) and overseeing the fundraising and construction of the Kootenay Children’s Train. She was always up for the challenge! She will be sadly missed by her children, 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, relatives and many friends. Condolences may be left for the family at www.markmemorial.com. Mark Memorial Funeral Services in care of arrangements (250) 426-4864

CRANBROOK

For those who want to boldly Exquisitely driveable, the 2012 explore while driving in comfort Ford Edge is style and substance

The extended-length Wrangler Unlimited gives you tons of space and takes you anywhere.

Always good to drive, the 2012 Edge now offers an optional 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that will save you money at the pumps.

Overall: Wrangler and four-door Unlimited are more civilized to drive than ever, including body-colored fenders and hard-tops. Drivetrain: Chrysler’s corporate 3.6-litre V6 ¿nds its way underhood, bringing 285 horsepower and 260 poundfeet of torque; all-new ¿vespeed automatic transmission replaces the four-speed; improved fuel economy too. Perhaps for the ¿rst time in its life, the iconic Wrangler will come with an engine that isn’t more than a decade old. Dropping the old 3.8-litre V6 in favour of Chrysler’s excellent 3.6-litre unit means an increase to 285 horsepower (up from 202), providing the kind of accelerative kick that used to come only from home-built V8 conversions. The new V6 should be more Àexible and ef¿cient too, the latter helped by the new op-

Overall: Ford is leveraging its EcoBoost technology into the Edge for 2012, but not the way you might think; ¿rst four-cylinder in a ¿vepassenger wagon since the Escape was introduced. Drivetrain: Powerplant offerings jump to three from just one; base 285-horsepower 3.5-litre V6, optional 305-horsepower 3.7-litre V6 and new 240-horsepower 2.0-litre turbocharged I4; all use six-speed automatic transmissions. The slick Edge has always been a good driver, and in 2011 it received an imposing new nose and easy-touse technology. For 2012, Ford is taking a risk and offering an optional 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that promises to save money at the gas pumps, but at a cost. The four-cylinder produces 240 horsepower, down 45

tional ¿ve-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy improves to 12.6/9.5 (city/ highway) l/100 km, up from 14.1/10.8 for the two-door. These changes complement the attention the Wrangler’s interior received for the 2011 model year with heated front seats, climate control, heated power outside mirrors, added noise-reducing insulation and a steering wheel that contains audio, cruise control and hands-free-phone switchgear. There’s also more softie appeal with the Wrangler’s redesigned instrument panel, lockable console bin and upgraded materials used on the door panels and centerconsole armrest. The off-road oriented Rubicon now has a body coloured hardtop, instead of black, like on Sahara models. Base Sport B (only on two-door Wrangler), Sport S, Sahara and Rubicon trim

levels continue, with the ¿rst three featuring part-time fourwheel-drive with optional limited-slip rear differential. The tough-customer Rubicon uses the Off-Road Rock-Trac unit with its extra-low-range gearing, front/rear-locking differentials for greater agility and 32-inch off-road rubber. Looking for more space? The extended-length Wrangler Unlimited features four doors and more cargo area. It’s also the only model that can be ordered as a rear driver. Regardless of size, all Wranglers are equipped with Hill Start Assist, which prevents the vehicle from rolling backward when releasing the brake pedal on an incline. Also standard is trailer-sway control and traction and stability control (to help prevent a skid or spin) that can be turned off or left partially functioning, depending on terrain.

on the base 3.5-litre V6. But it does have more torque, so it’s probably not much slower. Fuel economy is two to three miles per gallon better using the same six-speed automatic transmission, but the EcoBoost model is only available with front-wheel drive. The real question comes from the price: $1,200 more at each trim level than the base V6. The Edge Sport retains its 305-horsepower 3.7-litre V6. The Sport also comes with 22-inch wheels (17-20-inchers come on other trim levels), sharper suspension, lower body cladding, unique black leather interior and paddle shifters that rev match the downshifts (to maintain vehicle stability) for its six-speed automatic transmission. The option sheet is headed by the MyFord Touch voice- and touchscreen-activated controls that

replaces most of the traditional instrumentation with two 10-centimetre diagonal screens positioned on either side of the speedometer, plus one 20-centimetre screen in the centre stack. Together with a game-controller-style “smart” button on the steering wheel, MyFord Touch manages a variety of climate, communications, navigation, infotainment and other vehicle functions in a fairly intuitive fashion and without the usual buttons and switches littering the control area. There are also touch-based controls for the audio volume and ventilation fan speed. Cabin-temperature settings can also be programmed into the system, according to each of the vehicle’s two keylessignition fobs.

many hours of enjoyment with your loved one or with a group of friends. No splashing, cannonballs, or crazy games — just pleasure, well-being, and relaxation. TOTAL RELAXATION Among the many bene¿ts of a spa is the fact that it can be ¿tted into just about any space, whether inside or outside the home. It also has many health bene¿ts. Water maintained at 37° Celsius is ideal for total relaxation. Joint, lumbago, and osteoarthritis pain are soothed by water jets positioned in such a way as to massage the neck, shoulders, back muscles, lower spine, and buttocks. MULTIPLE MASSAGES Spas are also equipped with a wide range of programs offering multiple types of massages, depending on your needs. In fact, spas are built according to the recognized principles of hydrotherapy. And with built-in bench or lounge type seating, the spa is comfort at its best. If you need any more proof, some models offer seating adapted speci¿cally to men’s or women’s bodies! Other gadgets are also available, including lighting, watertight remote controls for the jets, water temperature adjusters, audio and video equipment, aromatherapy systems, and headrests. It’s not too hard to imagine a personalized spa adapted to your comfort!
