Region Fortis upgrades in store for Trail One point seven million dollars is being spent by FortisBC for a warehousing facility in Greater Trail. Meanwhile, the company is expected to move 67 local jobs into a new proposed Castlegar operations centre.

More health care spaces for local campus Government funding will help create more health-care student spaces at Selkirk College’s Trail campus this year. The Ministry of Advanced Education announced Tuesday it is providing onetime funding to train health-care professionals in the East and West Kootenay regions. The Trail campus is slated to receive over $175,000 to fund 18 student spaces in the health-care assistant program for the 2012-13 year. Selkirk College president Angus Graeme said the funding is great news for the Trail campus. “It gives us a bit more capacity to respond to the community,” he said. “These resources from the ministry will allow us to do an additional intake of the home-care assistants in January,” Graeme explained. “Now we’ll be able to graduate two classes this year.” The Trail campus will also receive over $135,000 from the Justice Institute of B.C. for 15 part-time student spaces this year to support the B.C. Ambulance Service’s paramedic recruitment and staffing needs.

FortisBC community relations manager Blair Weston confirmed this week that, although Greater Trail would lose 67 jobs—including two from its Trail office—with the transfer of its transmission, distribution and construction operations to Castlegar, it would gain a whole new operation that would create some new jobs in the area, and inject some cash back into the local economy. Although he could not say how many jobs would be created, work began Tuesday to build the new facility on Bingay Road in Warfield, said Weston. They are closing the operation in Kelowna and moving it to Trail. “It’s over $1.7 million we’re injecting in to the Trail economy right now with just that project,” he said, also noting the $500 million being spent at the Waneta Dam expansion. “And with that will come some later benefits to the local economy as well.” The project is an expansion of the existing facility—that
also houses linemen, engineers and power generation crew foremen—creating a central warehouse for the entirety of FortisBC. Even with the loss of 67 employees to Greater Trail, Weston said there are still over 130 FortisBC employees in Trail that will still be coming to the Silver City for their 9-to-5 commitment.

Latest in a series about local history on the auction block. A remarkable bird’s-eye-view of Nelson sold recently on eBay for $34 US. While not especially rare — a handful have popped up in the last decade — it is one of the most interesting. It shows buildings along Ward Street, including the Hume Hotel, post office (now Touchstones museum), opera house, Grand Central Hotel, KWC block, Madden Hotel, and a gazebo in the middle of the street. The rooflines are outlined in white, creating a drawinglike quality. But what’s really unusual is the seemingly impossible angle. It’s too high up to have been taken from any roof. It’s too close in to have been taken from across Kootenay Lake. It was mailed in 1909, predating the first airplane’s arrival in Nelson. So how then was it taken? Retired archivist Shawn Lamb deduced the most likely answer. The foreground shows the early stages of the courthouse’s construction in 1908, and we know from newspaper accounts that a steam derrick was used to move the granite pieces. The picture, therefore, was

likely taken from atop that derrick. But we can only wonder how the photographer, J. Howard Chapman of Victoria, shimmied up there. Another plausible theory was suggested by reader Brian Knecht, who notes that at the turn of the 20th century, it wasn’t uncommon for photographers to send cameras up in tethered balloons, with long strings to pull the shutter. “There are many, many photographs like that of San Francisco after the 1906 earthquake,” he said. • A bird’s-eye-view postcard of the Ironsides mine and old Phoenix townsite sold for $120 US last week. In addition to the mine’s headframe, the
postcard depicts the Granby Hotel, several false-fronted businesses, the Ironsides building, which later served as the city’s hospital, and a denuded hillside. The postcard was mailed in 1908 from Montreal (where it was produced by International Post Card
Co.) to France. One other copy sold in 2008 for $47. • A pair of cufflinks and a tie tack bearing the Western International Hockey League’s logo sold for $15 US. This senior loop existed from 1946-88 and had teams from Trail, Nelson, Ross-
land, Cranbrook, Kimberley, and Spokane. Its heyday was in the 1950s when people camped outside for playoff tickets. The cufflinks probably date to the 1970s. For more pictures of the mentioned items, see nelsonstar. com.

Special and lasting tribute to Kieran Galbraith NELSON STAFF West Kootenay Advertiser
A donation to the Nature Trust of BC has enabled the Shoreacres Beach property to be preserved for public use. The Nature Trust and Shoreacres Neighbourhood Community Assn. announced this week that 1.6 acres of shoreline along the picturesque Slocan
River will be dedicated as the Kieran Galbraith Memorial Park. The contribution was made possible by the George Galbraith family and friends in the memory of George’s son, Kieran. The contribution is particularly timely as it coincides with the 100th anniversary of the settlement of Shoreacres and is truly a
historically significant moment. There will be a public dedication ceremony held at 1 p.m. this Sunday to officially dedicate the beach. “The Shoreacres Neighbourhood Community Association is extremely grateful to the Galbraith family and all of those who have provided assistance in creating this park,” stated asso-
ciation president Fern Sabo in a press release. “We look forward to establishing a mutually beneficial partnership with The Nature Trust of BC in the operation and conservation of this priceless natural asset over the next 100 years.” The Nature Trust of British Columbia is a leading land conservation organization based in B.C. It ac-
quires ecologically significant land through purchase, donation, covenant and lease. The Trust then cares for the land in order to protect the natural diversity of wildlife and plants, and their critical habitats. The Trust is a non-profit, non-advocacy group that seeks a balance between sustaining the environment and sustaining the economy.

Community Time capsule opened in Grand Forks CASSANDRA CHIN West Kootenay Advertiser
The City of Grand Forks opened a time capsule prior to the city council’s regular meeting on September 4. The capsule has been stored in a vault in Grand Forks City Hall for the last 25 years. Mayor Brian Taylor noted that there wasn’t anybody around who knew what was inside the capsule. “I’ll put on my safety glasses, he joked. The city celebrated its 90th year on April 15, 1987 and during that summer the community celebrated with a home-
coming event, where organizers placed a sealed box (the time capsule) in vault in a lower section of city hall. There were instructions that it be opened in 25 years. Items found inside included a VHS, some floppy discs, and school year books from 1987. “It’s an amazing container, said Taylor. “I think we should seal it up again for another 25 years. The time capsule and its items will be displayed in the front entrance of Grand Forks City Hall for those interested in viewing the items.

The next exhibition to open at the Kootenay Gallery is the work of Kaslo artist Pat Forsyth entitled Corvidae and Virago. Her graphite drawings were chosen from a formidable collection of work following years of research, experimentation and study. Forsyth has created a series of stories that reflect her fascination with a female model and four Corvidae birds, crows, magpies, ravens and Stellar’s jays. While at first glance these stories appear haunting, upon further investigation the layers emerge. The drawings set out to honour women with all their strenghths and vulnerabilites. They also reflect the intelligence and almost humanlike behaviour of these birds that have

inspired the creation of augury, the ancient form of foretelling. The exhibition opening at the same time in the West Gallery entitled RED is the work of nine artists from a collaborative jewelry studio located in downtown Toronto. Working from the same starting point each jeweller, using a broad range of materials and techniques, created pieces to represent their own unique interpretation of the colour red. It symbolizes luck in China, mourning in Africa, and creativity in parts of India. It is
tied to both life and death, as the colour of blood. Red means something different for everyone resulting in a varied and innovative exhibit. These two exhibitions will run from September 21 to November 3 with the opening reception being held on Friday, September 21 at 7 p.m. with no admission charge. Fernie’s Abdou heads west
SUBMITTED
It’s been quite a ride for Fernie author Angie Abdou: her first novel, The Bone Cage, was a CBC Canada Reads book, and the next, The Canterbury Trail, was a finalist for Banff Mountain Book of the Year. She’s been cover girl on such literary publications as Quill & Quire and BC Bookworld. Abdou will read from her work in at Nelson Public Library on Friday, Sept. 21 at 7:30 p.m. An instructor at College of the Rockies with a PhD in creative writing, Abdou is the author of three notable works of fiction. Her short story collection, Anything Boys Can Do (Thistledown, 2006) was heralded by BC Bookworld as “an extraordinary literary debut.” The Bone Cage (NeWest, 2007) chronicles the stories of Sadie and Digger

as they prepare for Olympic competition in swimming and wrestling, respectively. Its selection by NHL player Georges Laraque for the Canada Reads competition thrust Abdou into the spotlight and a whirlwind of public appearances. It was included in Canadian Literature’s all-time top ten list “Best Canadian Sport Literature.” Abdou’s latest novel, The Canterbury Trail (Brindle & Glass, 2011), was a thesis project that generated both a doctorate and notable critical
acclaim. It took the gold medal for Canada West in the 2011 IPPY Awards (an independent publishing award). The story, inspired by Chaucer’s The Canterbury Tales, brings together a disparate assortment of snow enthusiasts on the last weekend of the ski season. The nearby town rings remarkably like Fernie, but the characters that converge on a snowbound back-country cabin are entirely themselves. Abdou will also be reading at the Rossland and Nakusp Public Libraries on Sept. 22, In Kimberley Oct. 3, and in Invermere Oct. 10. Abdou’s readings are sponsored by the Kootenay Library Federation and the host libraries. For more information contact Nelson Public Library at 250352-6333 or go to www.abdou.ca.

All stops pulled out for varied annual Rossland celebrations ARNE PETRYSHEN West Kootenay Advertiser
Rossland was bustling this past weekend as Golden City Days took over the town. This year, due to construction, most festivities were moved to upper Rossland. Events began earlier in the week with a historical talk by Ron Shearer on the Chinatown of Rossland and a workshop on how to get published. Starting Friday, the Museum was open all weekend. Friday night, An Evening of Entertainment featured Rossland-born comedian Tara Holmes and her comedy. Saturday started off with pancake breakfast put on by the Rossland firefighters at the fire hall. Also that morning, mountain bikers were practicing for the Dread Head Super D course on Larch Ridge, before the event began in the afternoon.
At 11 a.m. the Golden City Days parade marched on its alternate route, which began at Jubilee Park, down St. Paul, proceeded down Second Avenue, before stopping in Nickleplate Park. Some of the notable floats included the Golden City Fiddlers, Teck and past grad classes of Rossland Secondary. After the parade, the Fall Fair and festivities around it went into full swing. Outside the arena, live music played on the stage, craft vendors sold goods and food was sold by the Trail Kiwanis Club, Trail Rotary Club and Golden City Lions. An inflatable fun park was erected for the kids, as well as face painting and a petting zoo, with goats, rabbits and roosters. The KAST science booth featured the Raptor’s Ridge Birds of Prey exhibit. In the afternoon,
crowds headed down to the Centennial Jumps to watch bikers hit massive jumps in the Huck en Berries Jump Jam. Later there was music at the renovated
Rossland Legion and many other places in Rossland. Sunday began with the Golden City Grind, featuring 10 km, 5 km and kids’ races. Many headed
up to the Centennial Trailhead to race and watch the race, with proceeds going to the Black Jack Ski Club skier development. The weekend finished off with the
West Kootenay Women’s Roller Derby Championship where last year’s champions, Rossland’s Gnarlie’s Angels, took on Salmo Babes of Brutality, in a rematch. The results
were the same as last year, with the Angels taking the Golden Boot, though in much more convincing fashion than last year - with a score of 19870.

Lords of the dance pay multiple visits to the Silver City BREANNE MASSEY West Kootenay Advertiser
Most of us fall asleep dreaming about our next big break, while only a handful of people walk into the spotlight. But performers from the Royal Ballet in London, the Metropolitan Opera and Nederlands dans Theater will be spicing up the Royal Theatre this fall, bringing some of the world’s best to Trail. With the help of two commercial satellites and a booking agency, the Royal has access to exclusive and world class content from all over the globe. “There’s only a handful of theatres that do it across the country, probably about 100, and the majority of theatres are large Cineplexes and big chains,” said owner Lisa Milne. “(There’s) not a lot of independent theatres like us.” And after several years of airing cultural snacks locally, like the Bolshoi Theatre in Russia and the Metropolitan Opera, for the community, the theatre is diversifying by adding two new acts this season: the Royal Ballet out of London and the Nederlands dans Theater, a contemporary group that combines ballet and modern dancing. “We’re taking it to another level this year,” Milne said of her independent theatre. “And it looks absolutely amazing—it’s really fun and modern.” There are 28 productions scheduled this season. “Last night was a hit,” Milne exclaimed Wednesday morning. “It was very full and people couldn’t believe the deal. Every Tuesday will be this awesome, I’m sure.” Some of the new productions will cater to a younger crowd, with classic performances like the Nutcracker. Other productions target an older demographic with tra-
ditional operas and plays, but cast in the modern cloak of the digital age. “We get people in from as far away as Nelson, Creston, Grand Forks and Christina Lake and they pretty
much come to all of (the shows),” she said. The unique atmosphere lures people from across the West Kootenay. Only a handful of theatres across the country have access to stream-
ing live performances and there are some advantages to watching the performances. “During intermission at the (other) theatres, people get up and buy a glass of wine and mingle,”
Milne explained. “But in our theatre, it shows the camera crew going behind the scenes and doing one-on-one interviews live with the cast or the stagehands, so it’s a lot more personal than
actually being there because you get a lot more information.” The cozy local theatre doesn’t have the same hurdles larger theatres might have: minimal seats with poor perspectives,
also known as the nosebleed section. For more information about the Royal Theatre, visit 1597 Bay Ave. downtown, call 250-231-5672, or go online at www.royaltheatretrail.com.

A pair of winners The happy Harley owners pictured above weren’t the only winners following the 25th Annual West Kootenay Toy Run held last Sunday. The total number of folks beneďŹ tting from the run will be a high one as proceeds of $30,000 will be disbursed to a number of worthy organizations, and that’s not counting the hundreds of toys collected. The bike rafe is always a highlight of the festivities and this year was no exeption. Happy to hear their names called were Castlegarians Dennis Costa, above left, and Joanne Fenner. The two wasted little time in straddling their new bikes: Dennis’ - a 2012 Harley Davidson “Blacklineâ€? with a suggested retail price of about $18,500. Joanne’s ride is a slightly smaller “883 Ironâ€? model, valued at just under $10,000. The event went off without a hitch, although there was a bit of stormy, wet weather in the middle part of the day. Not enough, however to curb the enthusiasm of more than 500 riders who took part in the fun. The weather was back to warm and sunny by the time the entourage made it’s way back to the Castlegar Community Complex for draws, music and merriment.

Advertisement What’s Your Nitric Oxide Level and Why You Should Care
Imagine for a moment a “miracle molecule that could dramatically improve your health — if you could increase the amount in your body. Nitric oxide — otherwise known by its chemical formula as NO. Evolving research is now bringing to light the wonders of nitric oxide and the importance of having enough in your body. The Nitric Oxide Nobel Prize Three scientists were awarded the Nobel Prize in 1998 for the discovery of the critical cardiovascular role of nitric oxide. The discovery of NO and its function is one of the most important in the history of cardiovascular medicine. Nitric oxide is a signaling molecule. When it’s created and released, this gas easily and quickly penetrates nearby membranes and cells sending its signals. In less than a second, NO signals: arteries to relax and expand, immune cells to kill bacteria and cancer cells and brain cells to communicate with each other. Truly The Miracle Molecule - it can prevent high blood pressure (hypertension), keep your arteries young and flexible, prevent, slow, or reverse the buildup of artery-clotting arterial plaques; help stop the formation of artery clogging blood clots, the result of plaques bursting-spilling their contents into the blood stream, and reducing inflammation. By doing all of the above, it can reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke, the #1 and #3 killers of Americans. But, this molecule has more miracles to perform. It can also: improve penis erections, enhance sexual sensitivity and blood flow to the clitoris, reduce the
risk of diabetes and disastrous diabetic complications, such as chronic kidney disease, blindness, hardto-heal foot and leg ulcers, and amputations. Limit the swelling and pain of arthritis, boost the power of pain-relieving drugs, calm the choking inflammation of asthma, protect your bones from osteoporosis, help provide the mood-lifting power behind anti depressant medications, assist the immune system in killing bacteria and limit skin damage from the sun. What Happens Without Enough NO?
Many symptoms of nitric oxide insufficiency occur with age: loss of energy, we begin to forget things, our sexual health and performance declines and we begin to develop aches and pains. The loss of nitric oxide may be responsible for many of these symptoms of aging and at the root of cardiovascular disease. And the most reliable way to know if you are nitric oxide-insufficient or not is your age. If You’r Over 40, You Probably Don’t Have Enough and restoring your nitric oxide level is one of the most important things you can do for your health.
tion is usually a circulatory problem. Adequate amounts of Nitric Oxide are necessary to produce dilation of penile arteries to allow sufficient amounts of blood to enter the penis. The same applies to woman: without proper blood flow to the clitoris, they cannot experience orgasm or increased sensitivity.

Skin Diseases: Less Sun Damage with NO?
Aging is THE Risk Factor
NO plays a vital role in the skin, orchestrating normal regulatory processes. It helps maintain the “barrier function in keeping out unwanted germs and toxins, and may help protect from the sun’s UV radiation.
There are many risk factors for heart disease-high blood pressure, high cholesterol, family history. But one risk factor that is common to everybody is reaching age 40. Aging is a risk factor for a heart attack or stroke because it leads to an accumulation of protein in artery walls, mak-

Community Robusters ready The Kootenay Robusters Dragon boat team has entered the 17th Annual Kaiser Permanente San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival on Sept. 15 and 16. The team has trained three times a week for more than four months, and added skorts to the team uniform (thanks to the generosity of Rob LeRose of Home Goods Furniture). The team appreciates supporters who buy Robuster calendars to help the program. The 2013 version is now available in local stores and from team members. Submitted photo

Retrofits – sweeping success with homeowners SUBMITTED
The City of Nelson is pleased to announce that Nelson Hydro’s EcoSave Energy Retrofits Program has exceeded the two-year pilot phase target in just three months. The goal was to have 200 homes register for a home energy assessment during the pilot phase of 2012 and 2013. With the heating season just around the corner, Nelson Hydro customers, who own
their home, are encouraged to register for a Home Energy Assessment, and join those who are learning about their home’s energy efficiency ratings and ways to improve them. The benefits of registering with EcoSave are: • Access to a home energy assessment at a reduced cost • Access to rebates through LiveSmart BC • Low interest financing loans for en-
ergy efficiency retrofits. “There’s been such a positive response from the community of Nelson, says Mayor John Dooley. “I encourage participants to take the next step and complete their EcoSave upgrades. The city and the Nelson and District Credit Union are offering great interest rates, Dooley adds, “and the approval process is quick and easy. “Over the thirty years that I’ve lived in Nelson, I’ve seen the
City offer some great programs, adds program participant Rod Sturtevant. “EcoSave is the best so far. EcoSave’s funding partners, including FortisBC, Natural Resources Canada and the Columbia Basin Trust are wholeheartedly encouraged by the program’s early success — a first-ofits-kind energy efficiency program for British Columbia and Canada. “The success in Nelson echoes the success
we’ve seen Rossland, stated Carol Suhan, Manager of PowerSense Service at FortisBC. “It shows that many people have a sincere desire to save energy, and by working directly with municipalities at the community level, we can really help them access the support they need. “We are very pleased with the results and welcome the opportunity to work with other communities in a similar way.

Full Metal basket (steel strapping and wood)
After taking a welding course at Selkirk College, Nakusp’s Kate Tupper spent four years plying her trade working on heavy machinery. Her artistic side was calling out though, and she has made the successful switch: now she creates beautiful original metal works that are functional, stylish and full of flair. From gothic themed candelabras through funky coat hangers to stunning baroqueinspired chairs, Tupper wields her torches expertly to produce works that are uniquely stamped as her own. “I realized there was the opportunity to create wondrous pieces using the skills and knowledge I had,” she says. “Nothing against fixing backhoes and graders, but it was pretty mundane welding. Now my imagination is unleashed and every piece turns out a bit differently. Its great to put my training and skills to work creatively.” ‘Full Metal Basket’ is a striking sculpture, one of a series of woven metal and wood baskets of varying sizes. This particular one stands six feet tall, the wood strips entwining spectacularly with the bluishhued metal to create a dense weave that bulges and tapers at select points. “One of the stimuli for the series was a desire to combine traditional weaving and metalwork. Wood seemed to be a nice foil to the metal. Using two very different materials and combining them rela-

tively seamlessly was my aim,” says Tupper. “Also, the series reflects being the parent of a child with a mental illness.” There is occasional refuge, there are strong bonds, there is the chance of fraying and overflowing, there is protection and connectivity in the weave. All the love, emotions, struggles, triumphs and joys we share are infused in the series.” She also produces practical items with artistic touches that make them one-of-akind. Her furniture – wickedly fabulous chairs, settees and desks – is traditional in form but strictly her own. Gorgeous curving lines and the intricate cross-hatching found in the pieces make them immediate focal points in uncluttered, clean, open spaces. Her series of country musicinspired coat hangers uses refinished horseshoes with delicate wings at the ends bal-

It’s great to create to and I can relate to it, certainly!” Tupper is an original to be sure. Feisty, thoughtful and imaginatively talented, her work comes from deep within her soul and being.

Horoscope Michael O’Connor
ffor th the
Week
September S e 14, 2012
Tip of the Week: On September 18th Uranus makes its 2nd official square aspect to Pluto, at about 7 degrees of Aries and Capricorn respectively. Uranus will be retrograde and Pluto stations and turns direct on the 17th. People with planets or important ‘angles’ in their chart anywhere from 4 to 10 but especially at 7 degrees will feel the impact most strongly. Astrologers are measuring this to coincide with very significant revolutionary, evolutionary trends. There are 7 exact aspects of this kind in all with an additional 2 that are very close. The first of these was last summer and synchronized with the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement. The last one will occur in early 2016. Meanwhile Mars is in Scorpio along with the Lunar North Node and Saturn is poised to follow suit on October 5th. Together these spell not just change but transformation of many sorts and on many fronts. The process will unfold over the next 2-3 years especially. Jupiter in Gemini since late June has been stirring its own excitement and is linked to an increased level of anxiety due to miscommunications, mishaps and accidents. All of this is taking place within the context of the 2012 focus linked to Mayan Cosmology, which has entered into a quieter ‘wait and see’ status since. Closer to date, the New Moon in Virgo occurs on the 15th, Equinox occurs on September 22nd and the Harvest Moon is on the 29th.

The emphasis now is on work, health and adjusting to the changing season. Growing passions will become evident over the next couple of weeks – not all play is the same. Your focus is sharp now and ideally this will lead to diplomatic relations before an otherwise critical attitude spoils the fun. How can you cover a lot of ground without spreading the love too thin?
A creative curve continues to carry you forward. You are determined to secure your position somehow. Dealing with power players of various sorts is bringing mixed results. A growing commitment to the future is becoming increasingly evident. Learning to negotiate more and better is featured. Be open to the insights and professionalism of others.
A big focus on home is featured now. Something new is brewing. Cleaning and repairing is likely. You want to make improvements yet want to be careful with your money as well. You are in the mood to get things done. Weaving fu and perhaps romance into your schedule could prove tricky, but you may try anyway.
A busy cycle is underway. There is a lot going on, as if all of a sudden. A list of places to go, people to see and errands to run can prove stressful, unless you accept it. It is possible that many doubts and fears have been stirred, especially since summer began. To offset worry and anxiety, focus on your blessings and breathe deeply into here and now.
Making key improvements in a variety of areas is keeping you busy. You want to establish a more solid and tidy foundation. Your sights are set on the future. This may be stirring some fears. Be careful not to let your imagination conjure negative scenarios. Working with your network is extra important these days, though changes in your approach are implied.
Everyone is feeling the shifts and not just in the changing season. These are natural yet require our cooperation. Taking calculated risks in your career and/or public life is featured. Your willingness to learn new skills is an important emerging theme. Be proactive now and trust your intuitions that are nudging you to advance to the next level.
Contact Michael O’Connor for a Personal Reading
Some long-awaited shifts in your status quo are being activated. Your sense of seriousness will be backed by determination and discipline. Some may view your attitude and actions as a harsh over the next several weeks anyway. How to balance a loving approach regarding others with an otherwise strong intention to take decisive action is on your mind.
Getting the attention you believe you deserve is a central theme now. Approaching authority figures for favours and/or earned rewards is featured. An increase in your social interactions of late is a trend that will continue. How can you make the most of it? Your willingness to forge new alliances and cultivate friendships is extra important.
You are in an adventurous yet philosophical and reflective mood. Paying attention to the details of the big picture is highlighted. Breaking through lines of resistance, whether within or without, is likely. Others may perceive your mood as edgy. You will do what you must to succeed. A playful and diplomatic approach will help a lot.
A whole new level and mode of responsibility is rising. A process of securing plans and intentions finds you investigating and researching. Yet, you also feel social and playful, even adventurous and are determined to fit it all in. With your ambitions peaking now, you are willing to make any and all extra efforts to succeed.
Stimulating your network for the sake of both business and pleasure is a current focus. Reassessing how to both stimulate your talents and increase your income or returns is on your mind. Making changes to feel more confident is in the mix. Your creative juices should be flowing now so make the most of it. Your will ad discipline to keep learning is the key.

Ducking out of the limelight for a while will prove satisfying now. Retreat of any kind is ideal. You could still be productive behind the scenes. Yet, a slow but sure approach will feel most satisfying. Your ambitions are being activated, however. Who you know may work better that what in this regard just now.
