Employees of the participating merchants are eligible to win, but are unable to submit receipts for entry forms from their place of employment. Employees of The Northern View are not eligible to win. Contest runs from November 4th, 2009 to noon on December 18, 2009. $1,000 in cash plus all other prizes will be drawn at 1 pm Friday, December 18, 2009 at The Northern View. The Early Bird Draw will be drawn December 4, 2009 at 1:00 pm from all entries that have been submitted between November 4th, 2009 and December 4th, 2009. (Cutoff for entries is noon Dec. 4th for the Early Bird Draw.) All entries not selected for the Early Bird Draw prize will remain eligible for the remaining prizes. Entrants can only win one prize.
