What does your firm look for in a graduate?

Relationships are crucial. We’re looking for graduate lawyers who will thrive in our relationship culture. Your training will see you in front of clients most days of the week. Being able to connect and form a positive and professional relationship with colleagues and clients is important. Commercial acumen. While good results at university are highly regarded, the ability to understand commercial problems is equally as important in the people who join our team. Commerciality is something that we train for, but we also look for graduate lawyers who are passionate about learning about an industry or market sector.
