NOW BREWING Coming soon to a cellar near you... The Black Tap range has grown steadily since the microbrewery was founded in 2011, with our classic recipes being joined by new specials.
mORNING GLORy Black Tap’s flagship IPA, Morning Glory is brewed with maris otter, crystal and wheat malts. Bittered and flavoured with Admiral, and dry-hopped for a powerful hop aroma. The Admiral hops imparts orange, citrus and herbal notes to the beer, for a refreshing, thirst-quenching experience. FLAmING mAC Named after a legendary burger van in Stafford, the ruby bitter will quench your flames of thirst! Only cream of the crop malts and four hops are used to brew this innovative tribute to the infamous Flaming Mac. SCHLAG HEAP Our take on the traditional coal miner’s beer! Brewed with maris otter and chocolate malts and lightly hopped in the traditional way with good old East Kent Goldings. This combination of malts provide hints of coffee, chocolate and roast flavours.
BUNNy BOILER We have used a combination of pale and chocolate malts, hops and orange zest to create this chocolate orange flavoured stout. "Bring the bunny, I love animals... I'm a great cook.” COG WINDER Only the finest pale, crystal and chocolate malt and hops are used to create this dark ale. With wonderful walnut flavours, this perky little six-percenter is sure to wind your cog! BLUEBERRy mUFFIN A fruity and cakey crossover brew
