Nahanni Punch - A Recipe by Lauren Mote Inspired by the Canadian Punch Story: Nahanni National Park is a treasure of the northern regions of Canada, from the Mackenzie Mountains Natural Region, east of the Yukon to the Northwest Territories, who’s centerpiece is really the south Nahanni River. Canyons are vast, while Virginia Falls gently boast double the height of Niagara Falls and Hot Springs. This is Unesco’s very first World Heritage Site (1978), with grizzly bears and the “Cirque of the Unclimables”, the stunning terrain and deafening silence capture all who venture. Ingredients
