The Cliffs of Moher stand 214m at their highest point they stretch for 8 kilometres along the Atlantic coast of County Clare in the west of Ireland. From the Cliffs of Moher on a clear day one can see the Aran Islands and Galway Bay, as well as the Twelve Pins and the Maum Turk mountains in Connemara, Loop Head to the south and the Dingle Peninsula and Blasket Islands in Kerry. O’Brien’s Tower stands near the highest point and has served as a viewing point for visitors for hundreds of years.

The authentically restored 15th century Dysert O’Dea castle was the stronghold of the O’Dea clan and now houses the Clare Archaeology Centre. Dysert O’Dea Church stands on the site of an early christian monastery, dates mainly from the 12th century. Its most famous feature is the Romanesque Doorway. The High Cross, situated east of the church, dates from the 12th century and is one of the finest examples of its kind in Ireland.

Distance to Gus O’Connors, Doolin: 1 hr 20mins Price: Free Aistear Iniscealtra is a 4.5acre Community Park, situated in the centre of the village of Mountshannon, between the main street and the harbour. There are over three and a half thousand trees, plants and shrubs planted throughout the park. Pedestrian access has been developed from harbour to village via the gravel path. Over five hundred trees and shrubs have been planted along this walk to ensure the village is kept green and that the beauty of nature is never far away. A large green area has been retained for recreational and relaxation purposes.

Spanish Point is located on the west coast of county Clare Ireland. Spanish Point takes it’s name from the unfortunate Spanish who died here in 1588, when many ships of the Spanish Armada were wrecked during stormy weather.Nowadays Spanish Point is a lot more welcoming to it’s visitors and is home to many holiday homes. People enjoy the beach and seaside activities that are available here during the summer.

Slievenageeragh is privately owned land located between Hag’s Head and O’Brien’s tower with fantastic views of both. This location has been used for many photoshoots on previous occasions. There is access by road up to Slievenageeragh. It is located by the main trail that runs across the cliffs. This piece of land is private with panoramic views and privacy is ensured.
