You share the costs of some benefits (medical) and City of Weatherford provides other benefits at no cost to you (life, accidental death & dismemberment). What are your benefit needs?

If you anticipate a costly medical procedure or expect to have additional medical expenses in the near future, you will want to pay close attention to the deductible and maximum out-of-pocket on the plan. You may meet these quickly if you anticipate having higher medical expenses.
Should you go with a higher cost plan?
