TECHNOLOGY We invest in the latest technology and leave nothing unplanned to eradicate unexpected difficulties so that once the lifting operation starts we know we will complete it successfully.

Technical services we provide include: • AutoCad 3D • Traffic Management Plans • Vehicle Swept Path Analysis

We use this technology to create a detailed 3D virtual environment based on real-world data that enables us to plan a lift in greater detail and far more accurately than our competitors. It allows us to test different configurations, loads and methodologies and simulate every moment and movement of a crane operation. Rather than having to over compensate for estimated operational parameters, we devise a lifting operation using precise, accurate calculations of factors such as out-rigger ground loadings, height under hook, boom length, space requirements and proximity measurements, while taking into account obstructions, street furniture and environmental features as they exist in the real world. Our technology ensures increased safety, removes risk and protects project schedules to avoid budget overruns ensuring operational and commercial success.

REPORTING TO: Michael Fryer (Managing Director)

Principal Accountabilities • Create and lead a strategic approach to increase the annual sales turnover. • Personally build strong beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and influencers. • Swiftly position yourself to add immediate value by being aware of current market activity, business opportunities, competitor’s services and industry restrictions. • Have full budgetary and P&L responsibility. • Understand clients’ requirements (including contractual agreements) and ensure the service meets the clients’ expectations. • Ensure optimal margin is maintained. • Regularly present and provide proficient reports and forecasts to the senior board members • Identify new market/ sales opportunities and devise a tactical plan for the business’ advantage. • Recognise, prioritise and instigate continuous improvement projects • Assist in the development of the infrastructure and future vision of the division and wider business. • Be seen as an active member within the senior management team who inspires and encourages a collaborative environment.

£50,000-£60,000 per annum dependent on value
