When trying to lose that lower belly fat, or trying to get that much desired six pack, the lower abs are the hardest to work and see results. There are very few exercises that are designed to work the lower abs making it hard to get a full six or eight pack. I want to share with you 3 workouts for lower abs that will get you that ripped look and get that sexy defined line in your lower abs. At the end of this article you will find a link to a video that will show you exactly how to to these workouts for lower abs. Be sure to watch the video so that you do each one correctly. 1. Reverse Crunches The first workout that is going to work the lower abs are reverse crunches. These are pretty much as they sound. You are going to do these on a slightly inclined bench. Grab the top of the bench over your head, and raise your knees towards your chest. These work really well. Again, watch the video and do them right. They will kick your butt. 2. Roll Out This involves an exercise ball. What you are going to do, is get on your knees, and place your wrists on the exercise ball. Then slowly roll out so that your elbow is touching the ball. This is really hard, so don't be surprised if you can only do a few at first. But this is a good sign that it works. 3. Reverse Ball Crunches Man are these hard. These are like the reverse crunches we talked about before, but they target your lower abs even more, and will give you a more intense workout. Find a good place that you can sit on an exercise ball and grab onto a bar behind you around head height. Then, while sitting on the front of the ball, bring your knees toward your chest. Keep yourself balanced with your ab muscles and by holding onto the bar behind your head. These will make your work hard and will give you great results. The abs are the hardest to work because not many people know how to work them. But with these 3 workouts for lower abs, you are on your way to getting that sexy lean look you are after. You will be able to lose that extra belly fat and be able to see the muscle underneath.
