There are many exercises that work your lower abs, but most of them should be thrown out with the rubbish on Tuesday. Here are the ones that will REALLY get you those six pack abs like you see on ads all over TV and the net. Before you start getting excited and cleaning up the dribbles, knowing how to do certain ab exercises for the lower abdominals is not going to get you a wicked six pack. Dropping the body fat will. Don't believe me? Tense your abs, feel them, you can feel that they are strong and you can feel the separations of them. Now, grab a chunk of the "skin" that is covering them up.
