tradition meets technology 2010 Opportunities



I’ve been able to make technology work for me on a level I can understand. I’m not a computer programmer, a software developer or a scientific genius. Actually, when I think about it, science was the first class I got less than a “B” in! I didn’t entered the real estate field with any aspiration of being on a national stage. I DO however pride myself on being a producing, every day solo agent who happens to be pretty good at applying technology to good, old fashioned traditional real estate and relationship-building. If I could live my secret dream, I’d be a stand-up comedian...well, that and my own character at Disneyland. Honestly, I just love sharing information, makin making us as good as we can be and having a laughter-filled time. When my manager, Lisa Betts, asked me for my 2010 speaking goals, I told her that I’m happy teaching three people at a small board or a thousand students in an exotic location, as long as I get to share Here you will find some of the information I’ve developed or been developing most recently. In 2010, you’ll notice some new additions like my iPhone class, my digital listing class and my mobile office class. Being in the trenches with agents nationally on a daily level, I’m proud to say the work represents what I’m hearing agents needing most. If you’re looking for someone to impress you with gadgets, tricks and the flavor-of-the-day technology, I ain’t your guy. If you’re looking for someone who will empower your agents to apply technology on a realistic level and who will make them giggle a bit, game on!
