Remember that the 8 glasses of water per day is bare necessity of our body. And if you want to lose weight fast, it is recommended to have more water. You may even consider adding lemon slices to your water for flavor. Similarly, you may drink fruit flavored tea; but avoid sugar. Don’t overeat: We often eat due to various psychological factors. You tend to eat not because you are hungry, but because you think it will make you feel better. Watching TV with a pack of wafers, chips or biscuits may sound tempting enough, but you will end up consuming a lot of unwanted calories. But if you have a sweet tooth, limit yourself to low-calorie ice cream or cereal bars that come without sugar and fat. A better alternative is a cup of green tea with no calories.
