About this book

This book is for fathers, grandfathers, carers and other people with children in their lives.

Each suggestion has a rough age indicator and all games can be played with boys and girls alike (my use of ‘he’ and ‘she’ is entirely random).

I hope you like the suggestions and recognise their collective message: with a bit of thought, games can be exhilarating for children and relaxing for adults!
