Pavel describes his style as a “sitespecific installation” and Light Art. He is interested in the optics of space perception and its influence on the viewer’s psyche. The source for his artistic inspiration are the works by Olafur Eliasson, James Turrell, Robert Irwin and Richard Serra.

By means of large-format lightinducing panes, Pavel aims either to disclose hidden meanings of particular spaces or to rethink them absolutely and inscribe new concepts. These two experimental works reflect on the relation of space with human movement (dancing or walking).
