Dear Valued Customer I am thrilled to introduce you to our 2016 Christmas Directory which contains 928 lines - including 363 new products, 456 exclusive products, 517 British Lines and 25 new brands. Our Christmas range this year has been designed with the theme of ‘Making Christmas Special’ through Tradition, Luxury, & Innovation. Our winning formula remains unchanged as we continue to use our product knowledge and expertise to deliver traditional fayre, fair prices and great promotional offers. Our objective is to ensure that you increase the profit you generate whilst delighting consumers with a fantastic range of both best-selling favourites and new lines that will bring something unique and special to your offer. Our exclusive, award winning Fosters brand has been given a new look for Christmas 2016 and comprises of 172 premium lines. The range includes a comprehensive offer of 46 luxury gift sets, of which 32 (69%) are brand new for 2016. Cake also remains a strong focus for this year with bestselling traditional formats and some delicious new recipes all beautifully finished in our new Fosters Festive design. Gifting & Hampers remains of paramount importance to us and we aim to build on the 11.7% year on year growth last year. Following spectacular growth of 19% in the Tin category, we are building on this success by further developing the offer to bring you a show stopping range particularly enhancing our collection of on-trend Retro tins. Our winning lines this year include the new Vintage Fuel Can Money Box Tins, Vintage Camera and Rubik’s Cube. I also think our hamper range looks better than ever this year with a new improved finish across the range. For those customers who want to build their own hampers we have also created a new Hamper Fillers section on page 176 which brings together in one place a small range of items which make perfect hamper components. Continental Confection continues to grow in popularity with sales of Panettone, Stollen and Continental Biscuits up 8.6% YoY across our business in 2015. With more consumers than ever buying into this category, it is now an essential part of any festive fine food range. We are pleased to bring you some new exciting products in this category with our hero line being Amaretti Virginia’s Panettone with Champagne, presented in a luxurious gift box. A number of our new brands fall into this category for 2016 with my personal favourite being Mon Cheri who make the most delicious luxury cherry liqueurs. We are also pleased to introduce Baci chocolates to our range. These premium chocolates make a perfect gift with each individually wrapped chocolate featuring a special love note. In our wider confectionery range we have more new brands including some traditional British favourites, Beech’s and Bendicks and the innovative brand, Games for Motion who have created classic board games in an edible chocolate format.

Within our all year round range we have seen strong growth in sales of Free From products so we have complemented this with an enhanced Christmas offer this year. We have introduced a range of Gluten Free Mince Pies and Gluten Free Cake Slices from new brand Bells of Lazenby and extended the range from Jenkins & Hustwitt. We also highly recommend the Fosters Gluten Free Macaroons which are new for this Christmas. And finally, we have introduced a brand new category called Decorative Home Accessories. We are delighted to have partnered with home gift brand Satchville to bring you a selection of exclusive hardware which would work well as part of a giftware section in store or can be merchandised beautifully alongside your food offer. These stunning products also offer the retailer 40% margin based on the RSP provided. In addition to this years’ very Special range, we have put together some great promotions offers which allow you to feature products and offer consumers an enhanced shopping experience and great value for money. We recognise the continued importance of value and the challenges faced in 2016 with the cost of labour, raw ingredients and foreign exchange working against us. Despite this we have secured for you 418 price freezes, 828 punder £10 and 583 products under £5. To help with your Christmas ranging we have produced a business review by category and line for 2014 and 2015 so that together we can highlight successes and opportunities for growth during 2016. We are proud to present our best ever tin range, which we have further developed following the success of the category in 2015, where we saw exceptional 19% growth on the previous year. The winning range for 2015 was our Vintage Music Tins where the best-selling, winning lines were the Cassette Recorder Tin with Biscuits and the Vintage Cassette Tin with Mint Imperials. Yet again we saw growth on our Retro Radio Tin with Assorted Biscuits, which has been at the heart of our gifting tin range for the last three years. To add and further develop both our own and your range we have added new lines, which we are sure will fly off the shelves, too. These include a Refrigerator Tin, Rubik’s Cube & Vintage Camera Tin. We are excited about the development of our retro gifting tin range, which can be seen in more detail on Page 10. We have added Fuel Can Tins, which are an intriguing, quirky design and even have a money box slot for storing loose change as well as a Man Tin, Gardeners Tin & Bloke Stuff Tin. Love it or hate it - we have the Marmite Biscuit Tin which includes moreish Marmite flavoured biscuits. We have seen great success with other Marmite products in the past and we expect great results from this tin too.

This year’s Hamper range includes a number of traditional hampers that have been at the heart of the range for several years, where our best-seller, the Home Recipe Sweet Hamper, continues to grow in popularity year after year. A number of themed hampers have been added this year, including ‘We all Love Ginger’ and ‘Oranges & Lemon’, being two themes we really think will be popular. As a business we are seeing a growing trend in American brands, and therefore we have extended our previous American Branded gift range to 4 lines with price points ranging from £11.99 through to £39.99 for the Ultimate All Stars American basket filled to the brim with American goodies. Within novelty gifting we have developed a Fosters Christmas Jumper Decorating Set to sit alongside our Gingerbread Decorating set and we have redesigned the packaging on our Christmas Tree Decorating Set. These sets are great interactive products at a very competitive price point. Finally we are pleased to include the Brandcastle collection which last featured in our 2014 range. Alongside the Christmas Jumper Cookie Kit and Ninjabread which performed extremely well in 2014, we have the Samurai Santas & Walking Gingerdead, which are fantastic, fun-packed activities for all the family.

A growth category in 2015, we have further developed the range & launched a number of new brands and we are therefore proud to introduce, Bendicks, Beech’s and Paynes. The Bendicks range comes with the Royal Warrant “By Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen”. The Royal Warrant is a mark of recognition to goods supplied to HM the Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh or HRH The Prince of Wales. The Beech’s range brings a number of new and exciting product lines to the range such as Dark Chocolate Ginger & Milk Chocolate Coconut Macaroons. The creams range, which can be found on page 51, include the classic flavours such as Mint and Strawberry creams along with some more unusual flavours such as Pineapple & Café Latte. It also includes a number of chocolate thins, a great after dinner treat during the festive period. The Lime & Chilli chocolate thins are a must try, a great flavour combination. The British confectionery brand Paynes includes Paynes Just Brazils and Paynes Poppets. The Poppets are a real retro favourite which are a great size for a stocking filler. We are pleased to extend our Walkers Chocolate range to include a range of Chocolate Truffles with premium flavour profiles such as Pink Champagne & Salted Caramel. Finally we have included the Marmite Chocolate range - love it or hate it - we are sure that the products will fly off the shelf this Christmas. The chocolate box on page 59 includes chocolate truffles but watch out some include Marmite and others don’t - a great box to share with friends around the dinner table at Christmas.

Baci In Italian, one kiss is a “bacio,” more than one kiss is “baci.” The legend says that the young heir to the Perugina chocolate empire, Giovanni Buitoni, had an admirer, Luisa Spagnoli. At the time, Luisa was the wife of Perugina’s co-founder. Because their love was to remain secret, Luisa wrote love notes and wrapped them around the chocolates she sent to Giovanni for his inspection. Her affection inspired a tradition. Since 1922 we have been enjoying Baci – a decadent bite-sized piece of gianduia chocolate blended with chopped hazelnuts crowned with a whole hazelnut on top and dipped in bittersweet chocolate. Today, Baci are still wrapped with love notes.

This category is now an essential part of any Christmas fine food range and is growing more and more popular each year within the UK. Our sales grew by 8.6% within this category and therefore we have developed the range further to a total of 90 products, with 40 brand new lines for 2016. The Fosters brand boasts new additions for 2016 whilst still championing the existing, hero lines of previous years including Fosters Stollen Bites, where sales were up 33% across the range in 2015 vs 2014. Within the Fosters Stollen category we have added a new, luxurious large Stollen which has an excellent value price point of RRP ÂŁ5.99. Kuchenmeister is still a core part of our offer with sales of this brand continue to grow year on year. We are pleased to say we have two new lines, an Orange Stollen 500g and a Hazelnut Luxury Rolled Stollen. As we champion Making Christmas Special this year, Amaretti Virginia definitely achieves this, with a new, beautifully presented 1kg Panettone with Champagne Gift Box, We are also excited about new brands for this year, Sweet Italy, Lambertz, Croco and Primo Doro. Terms & Conditions of Sale Prices
All prices shown are strictly net and are subject to change without prior notification. Every effort will be made to maintain prices, but exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes and variations on raw material costs may necessitate immediate price changes, and all orders are accepted on this basis.
New Accounts
Two satisfactory trade references must be received before a credit account may be opened. All initial orders must be pro-forma and paid for by cheque, credit card or by credit transfer into our bank account (please ask for further details).
Credit Terms
Our terms are payment within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% above the prevailing base rate to the invoice value, excluding any interest or other costs should court proceedings become necessary. However if the debt is paid within the agreed terms no interest shall be payable. Re-presented cheques are all charged £10 for each representation.
Orders
You can place orders directly with your sales contact/Territory Manager or by email, telephone, faxing or writing to our Customer Service department in Market Harborough. Please state clearly your account number, product code, product description and quantities of items required. Please be aware that our product and price list is constantly changing and some items you order may not be currently stocked. If in doubt please call Customer Services on 01858 438000.
Deliveries:
Carriage paid orders are subject to a minimum order value, please contact Customer Services or your Territory Manager regarding delivery charges. Timed deliveries are subject to charges, please contact the Customer Services team for further details. Although every effort will be made to deliver goods as ordered, the group cannot accept responsibility for any delay for circumstances beyond its control and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from any failure to supply under any circumstances.
Cancellation of Orders:
All orders placed form a contractual agreement between both parties. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee for all cancelled orders: 28 days or less prior to requested delivery date – 40% of order value 14 days or less prior to requested delivery date – 100% or order value

Claims should be made to the Group’s Credit Administration Department within 24 hours of receipt of goods on telephone 01858 438018. All goods must be counted upon receipt and any shortage noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed “UNCHECKED”. All goods must also be checked for damages upon receipt and any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If customers are unable to check on receipt, the POD must be signed “UNCHECKED”. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required to validate the claim. Any claim in respect of the above should be made by telephone (01858 438024), facsimile (01858 461140) or email (julie.bedder @fosters-foods. co.uk) to the Group’s Credit Administration Department within 2 working days of the delivery. Claims submitted after this time will automatically be rejected. Goods which have been in your possession for longer than 21 DAYS cannot be refunded for credit. Credit cannot be given for goods that are already price marked. Product quality issues can be discussed with the Customer Services Manager on 01858 438065. In the interests of food safety, the Group cannot accept the return of opened or part packs of products unless by prior agreement with the above Manager. Please note: Goods cannot be returned without an uplift note.

Until payment in full of the purchase price, together with payment of all other sums due from the customer to the Blueberry Group Limited for the property in the product (The Goods), the Goods shall remain the property of the Blueberry Group Limited, but the risk therein and all liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery. The Purchaser shall keep the Goods in such a manner that they shall be identifiable by the Blueberry Group Limited. The Purchaser may sell the Goods in the normal course of its business but in a fiduciary capacity as bailee of the Goods and shall hold and pursue all claims to proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the Goods for and on behalf of the Blueberry Group Limited. In the event of non-payment by the Purchaser by the due date, the Blueberry Group Limited shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the Goods may be, and recover possession of them. Unless specifically agreed in writing by a director of Blueberry Group Limited, this retention of title clause supersedes any other third party terms regarding retention of title.
