What began in response to a customer request for receptacles with graphic panels soon grew into a complete line of benches, urns, recyclers, tables and other complementary site furnishings. Still family owned and operated, Landscape Brands has their corporate headquarters in

St. Louis, Missouri. Manufacturing facilities are located in Winona, Minnesota and St. Louis. Clean City™ products set the standard for rugged outdoor furnishings. Natural stone cast in polymer matrix concrete highlights this line of benches, receptacles, planters and more. Fusion Coatings® products are constructed with heavy-duty steel coated in plastisol and protected by the exclusive Fusion Advantage™ multi-stage process. Landscape Brands warrants Clean City banners for a period of three years (when installed with Clean City brackets) from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the purchaser. Banners installed without using Clean City brackets will have a one year warranty. This warranty excludes acts of vandalism, abuse and misuse. We offer the fastest delivery time in the business — most of our products ship in 10 days or less. Our manufacturing facilities are so streamlined that we are able to produce your order based on your exact option selection and specifications.

The Fusion Advantage multi-stage process creates a product with durability that is unmatched in the industry. Our benches, tables, receptacles and planters stay looking new years longer than other manufacturers — there’s no fading, peeling, chipping or cracking. What makes the Fusion Advantage multi-stage process so much better? 1 Fusion Coatings® products are coated with plastisol which is permanently heat fused to the primed steel. This results in oven-cured plastisol with an average thickness of 1/4", including top and bottom coatings.

2 Each product manufactured with the Fusion Advantage gets the exclusive patented protection of TopCoat®— an

incredibly durable shield which encapsulates and protects the plastisol. Other manufacturers combine pigment and UV-inhibitors in with their plastisol, making it less effective. Fusion’s TopCoat is applied directly over the plastisol, sealing it against the elements for an industry-leading resistance to fading, cracking, mold and mildew. • Impervious to common acids, salts and seawater • Provides superior fade resistance • Resists the growth of mold, mildew and fungus
