CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The FTS Interna,onal Career Advancement Program (CAP) is a point-based compensa,on program with wage increases at each stage of an employee’s advancement. The program covers competency requirements for all personnel as noted in each CAP progression matrix.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM
The Equipment Operator Career Advancement Program establishes minimum requirements of knowledge and ability to enable promo,on and/or progression through the Operator ranks. Progression is aJained through self-study, wriJen exams, on-the-job training, and Task Performance Evalua,on.
WRITTEN TESTS Knowledge is assessed through a wriJen exam. A minimum score of 80 percent is required to pass the test. The Curriculum Development department has completed and rebranded ALL wriJen exams for O-CAP.
TASK PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS Compentencies are assessed through Task Performance Evalua,ons (TPE). Each TPE contains seven competency areas, and a minimum score of 80 percent in each competency is required to pass. The Curriculum Development department has completed and rebranded ALL TPEs for O-CAP.

O-CAP begins with picking up a copy of a self-study manual for the speciďŹ c module an employee wishes to earn points in. The Curriculum Development department is responsible for the content and design of each manual. These are the current O-CAP manuals that are either complete or in current development.

• Upgraded Moodle sobware from an unsupported 2.0 to supported 2.9.1 version. • New “skin” applied with a facelib for each page in site. • Used new web-based training template and repackaged (wrapped) all safety courses into SCORM packages for ease of play. • Quizzes are now SCORM packages instead of being played by Javascript. • 10 Online Classes, live September 16, 2015.
