Val has been in real estate since 2017 but has lived in Hamilton County since 2001. She and her husband Michael have three children and three dogs, and are very involved in the community. When Val isn’t showing homes, you can find her and her husband, coaching soccer and cheering their children on at track and cross country events. Being a Realtor has given Val the financial blessing to give back to local charities as well. Val Sullivan Realty Group has sponsored the Westfield Hockey team, The Kelly Jeep Memorial Ride, “Kelli’s Kegs & Eggs” to fight brain cancer, and numerous Our Lady of Mount Carmel events.

Her community involvement is beneficial for clients, especially those transferring here from out of state. She keeps her finger on the pulse of this unique market and knows how to structure offers and listings to help buyers and sellers both win.
