I would invite Kristen Stewart to dinner as her career is extremely fascinating to me, going from child star to staring in blockbusters, doing a number of highly regard international films and then coming back to Hollywood and not receiving that much recognition for work outside of the USA.

It is better to regret something you have done, than something you haven’t done: as a lawyer I can confirm that it is patently untrue, broadly speaking a failure to act is far safer than taking action. But it sounds so appealing!
