How long would you expect for the full project to be completed? We currently expect the full development to be complete within five to six years. How large is the site? 115-hectare How large is the area set aside for recreation? 45-hectare When do I settle on the Lot? If purchasing pre title: The Settlement Date shall be the date which is 14 days after the date the Vendor’s Solicitors give the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s Solicitors written notice that the Registrar of Titles has recorded particulars of the Lot in the freehold land register. If purchasing with title: The Settlement Date shall be 30 days from date of contract. What projects has the developer done in the past? Infinity, Loft and Flare at Portside Wharf, Cotton Beach at Casuarina, the Old Swan Brewery, The Raffles Waterfront and Vale.
